Ryan 0 Posted January 23, 2011 Apparently the A-League are considering a ban from playing football in that division as the guy he took out has got partial tears in multiple ligaments and will miss the end of the season

Jacko 0 Posted January 23, 2011 I was there that day at Molineux when he maimed Bellars. Then it happened to Dugarry and then Matty Holmes. Northamptonncfc 0 Posted January 23, 2011 Muscats is an absolute axe wound. He shouldn''t even be playing football. I''d never wish an injury on a player but I''ll make an exception for him, I hope someone takes him out good and proper.

Move Klose 303 Posted January 23, 2011 He should of been banned from football along time ago, he''s an absolute disgrace, i don''t understand how the football authorities can just let him carry on, its not just late and dangerous tackles, its assault. I wouldn''t wish injury on any human, but as he isn''t human and just a down right scumbag animal i would pay to see it ! Ban him before he ends someone else''s career. Jacko 0 Posted January 23, 2011 The man is an absolute disgrace. The list of his victims that he has injured are there for all to see. Craig Bellamy, Christophe Dugarry, Matty Holmes and now this young lad Adrian Zahra. There are many more. How he has made a living playing professional football is beyond me. The man has shown a complete disregard and lack of respect towards his fellow professional throughout his career. That for me is his biggest crime here (and there are many). As shown by the case of Matty Holmes, Muscat has often crossed the line between sport and the civil courts. Thus even the court has ruled that on the balance of probabilites the tackle was either deliberate or was so reckless that they couldnt be legitimately regarded as part of a football match. I love football and I want it to be played in the right manner with skill. Clean and aggressive tackling is one such skill. Players like Muscat who base their game on intimidation and dreadful challenges should have no place within the sport. My abiding memory was Paul McVeigh absolutely destroying him at Carrow Road in front of the Barclay when we played Wolves. With skill levels Muscat simply couldnt handle. I have never seen such hatred and intimidation from the City Stand and the Barclay. It was fully warranted and brilliant.

I also remember a few years later when Iwan obtained appropriate revenge. Muscat was running towards the Snakepit closely followed by Iwan who "accidentally" tripped him up. He then attempted to jump over his prone body but again "accidentally" raked his studs firmly along the middle of his back. When he was finally able to get up, Muscat compained to the referee who promptly showed him the yellow card for dissent. Sheer class and a moment I will never forget.
