DEB (never forgotten) 0 Posted February 17, 2010 http://www.greenun24.co.uk/content/greenun/blogs/itfc_blog.aspx''''Last season our Canary cousins up the road in Norwich were in denial all season - there was "no way" City could enter the drop zone and be relegated come May time. But look what happened to the green and yellows ... there''s a real warning to Ipswich not to follow the "it can''t happen here" theory.''''I love this:''''Now it''s reality check time - Roy Keane and Co know it''s a relegation battle.''''HAHAHAHAHA

DEB (never forgotten) 0 Posted February 17, 2010 ''Comments'' starting to appear on Prickovers'' blog:Comments17 February 2010 08:00 by Tom re: Oh no! Ipswich Town are really in the mire now! As you warned after what?! Anyhow, yes, we are in the mire, that much is self-evident. Keane has been a disaster for Town. He has taken a team that was just outside the play-offs, broken it up, brought in mainly poorer and overpriced replacements (apart from the Sunderland crew) and we have gone backwards. IF we are relegated, which is a real possibility, Keane will go. We need to get over the fact he is a big personality - he is a poor manager. Magilton did far better and still got sacked.17 February 2010 08:31 by Mike re: Oh no! Ipswich Town are really in the mire now! Keane is a one trick pony, in other words no bottomless pit of money to spend then he has no answer. If funds are to be limited and budgets imposed then we need a manager with a track record like Warnock who can wheel and deal and get the most out of players available to him....not just a big personality. Wembley_Canary 0 Posted February 17, 2010 HAHAHA!What makes it even more hilarious is that the binners were fully prepared for a strong promotion push this season under Keano, according to a pre season fans survey, 90% of Town fans expected playoffs or better this season. Jacko 0 Posted February 17, 2010 Surely Ipswich fans should have been worried when they went about 10 games unbeaten and they still hadnt got away from the bottom 3. When they had a blip in form they were always going to get sucked back into it. Fotheringham was just deluded. However could he possibly think we were promotion contenders when we didnt have any proper strikers and he was speaking after our first win of the season................In September. What a waste of space that guy was.

Wembley_Canary 0 Posted February 17, 2010 If/when we do go up, do we want to see the scum suffer the pain of relegation, or do we want them to just do enough to stay up so we can have the EA derby back next season?...Personally I want the derby back, the current Norwich team would probably smash Ipswich both home and away.
