I think we are still 4/5 players short of a promotion winning team. but with a couple of season long loans and quality signings we have the squad to do it. our overall squad now is looking in good shape just missing the quality which i hope we will see coming in before the season starts.

That''s assuming both Russel and Clingan leave (not that I''d have the former anywhere near the squad anyway as he is extremely poor). I''ve left Stefanovic out, as I''m not certain he''ll be able to recover from his injury, and would happily see him move on if anyone offers decent money for him.

Stephens, Dumic, Kelly, etc all need another few months of youth/reserve football, but I expect Smith and Adeyemi in particular to be in and around the first team at times next season. If they''re not getting games, loan them out and bring in short-term loan cover ourselves if we need to (as in 1 loan player as opposed to 15)
