Whilst it is very difficult to achieve anything like he did at Leicester, I wouldn't say that he has done a bad job elsewhere. He didn't do great at Fulham but then neither did any other manager. Watford Football Club is a single entity , so I think they are correct in saying Watford FC is delighted, whereas those associated with Watford FC are delighted.
