Whatever can have prompted this mass concern with a long dead pedophile when it is coming clear that people have died due to the slow reaction of our government and a PM that couldn't be arsed to even turn up to the Cobra meetings?

As was pointed out, the COBRA meetings have a mixture of attendees depending on the subject Boris did not have to be there !

A single step ? You got a long long time to wait for that step !

It was a national and international emergency. Of course the head man should be at the important meetings.

For swine flu, which only impacted animals Gordon Brown attended all the Cobra meetings, Similarly, during the Banking Crisis he led the meetings. It is what is called leadership.

When the Covid crisis was approaching, and we already had the examples of China and Italy JOHNSON WENT ON HOLIDAY FOR 12 DAYS IN A STATELY HOME AT THE TAXPAYERS EXPENSE. He didn't work weekends, he wasn't attending meetings but he had time to go to the rugby.

People have died because of his laziness and incompetence. There will be a public enquiry, we will see how the electorate react but he won't be good for him.

So you don’t think the head of the UK government should attend absolutely vital meetings? You’re absolutely deluded.

Looks like we have an opposition at last. Starmer just wiped the floor  with Raab at PM questions on testing and lack of numbers for deaths of care home staff. Bet Johnson is pleased he is still off "sick", or is it just another of those holidays he seems to need when there is a crisis.

Well @SwindonCanary posted it so he must agree that there is no need for Johnson to attend the Cobra meetings.

Might be why whenever we have a crisis he goes on holiday.

What with his weekends away with his mistress, his holidays, visits to the rugby, two holidays  and time off sick he can't have done much Prime Ministering this year anyway.

new polling shows record low levels of trust in journalism among the public. A whopping 72% of people don't trust newspapers.

Except for you gobbling up the ****e that the Express publishes on a daily basis and calling it "news".

Nobody trusts newspapers fully, some are less trustworthy than others. What people shouldn't trust are videos form some unknown person from an unknown place.

This is a survey about trust on the issue of Coronavirus not journalism and newspapers in general.

As usual Swindon stupidity shines brightly, he consistently show how much of an idiot he is.

Did you have a point to make there RTB?

Perhaps it’s better to never say sorry and never help either?

Or hold your hand up and apologise and then move forward together in cooperation?

Two weeks later and still no EU moving forward together. This has been a period of deep shame for the EU

You don't say who that chart is from Swindon, but as so many are US media outlets I'd say that indicates the average American has a pretty good idea who is spouting garbage all day long, and who is at least trying to do traditional and valuable journalism. Do you have one for the UK by any chance?

Imagine how much more money we’d have to pump into the NHS if we hadn’t wasted so much on Brexit. Disgraceful.

Nothing. We woud have stayed the same. It was roughly the status quo versus some glorious future. And we all know the glorious future ain't coming any time soon.
