Since Lambert took charge we really do seem to have got our team back. The football we''re playing this season is certainly the most attractive I can remember since Walker was in charge. We consitantly pass the ball and rarely resort to hopeful lumps upfield, even though to a more limited tactician such a method might yield some success with Holt as the target man. Now I know it''s D3, not D1 but it''s refreshing to have a manager who knows how the game is meant to be played.

I wonder what he makes of his song?Not many players get anything other than the run of the mill songs adapted for them. Lappin''s is unique isn''t it?I can claim a bit of credit for that one, being one of only a handful who joined in for weeks till it finally caught on.
