The bottom 6 this season have so far gained only slightly less points than last season’s finishing positions. Not sure it’s turned to dross.

The Top 6 have won more points after 45 games this season than the Top 6 did in the whole of the 2 previous seasons.

It’s happened 4 times since 2000 (Maddison, Johnson, Snodgrass and Croft) so it’s not that frequent. Not including Dublin as he retired rather than moving to a different club. In 2 of the 4 cases (Croft and Snodgrass) we were relegated at the end of the season in question and sold the player for a profit. We also did pretty well out of Maddison.

Placed a winning bet at the betting room office at the back of the N&P on Friday and decided to take up the 25% extra winnings offer by collecting online as there was a biq queue. I set up an account and tried to register the claim but it took me down a series of dead-end links and then nothing. I had to use the live chat function to get someone to help who took the info and promised to pay it within 48hours. I checked again this afternoon and guess what? So, back to the live support chat system and another promise to pay. I know that strictly they are nothing to do with the club, but this is starying to feel a bit of a con. Wondering if anyone else has had problems?

I noticed that too, he was even pointing to where he wanted the ball passed to for him to run onto. Maybe it''s partly down to him not having been playing and the team don''t yet fully ''get'' his game. The key thing though is that he looks like he could be very dangerous innthose situations if he can click with the team and get better service.

There''s business class but the only advantage is a bit of extra hand baggage allowance and getting off first when it lands!

Flew back from Amsterdam last night and Ricky was on tbe flight on his way back from the Netherlands games. Had a quick chat with him, really nice, down to earth guy, very un-celebrity-like, happy to chat about this weekend''s game. His wife was with him and seemed very sweet too, she was saying how much they like Norwich already. Was slightly surprised when we boarded and they were sitting in Economy, is our wage cap that low!?

The really good stat is that we were on 20 points after 16 games last season so happy days.
