1.
be good signing for you guys, not been given fair wack at the whip at us! but sadly he is off to coventry city for 2m
2  Million?  That''s probably our entire budget.  Forget it.  Loans, loans, loans and more loans are the most realistic option for us, all excpet there''s so many other clubs with far better promotion prospects than us, fighting for the decent ones.
 2. We can''t without money and we don''t have any.
 3.

What do you think?  Will Brum be more willing to sell him if they get relegated, or if they stay up?  He seems to be one of the only sure things out there as a player who can help us with immediate impact.  I''d like to see Brum relegated, only because I don''t like Brady at all, and I''d like Fulham to stay up, because they''d buy their way back up to the Premiership immediately.  For someone who wants Tiny on our squad, what is the best case scenario?  Thoughts?
If the board had not numptied around when we made the initial enquiry he would be part of the squad now. Can''t see us spending the money now.
It was not the Board that numptied around, it was GR - common knowledge.
If Glen Roeder had not numptied around after we made the initial enquiry he would be part of the squad now.  Can''t see us spending the money now.
 4. Really don''t think we have a cat in hells chance of getting Ameobi frankly.  :(

 6.

I have read alot of negative nonsense about Hucks on this message board. For me, Iwan Robert''s obervations in the Evening News are spot on. We can all claim to" know our football " but Roberts is patently someone who really does. He still rates Hucks and believes he should have been offered another year''s contract and that''s good enough for me. I already held that opinion but it''s good to have confirmation from an ex-pro who, like Hucks, is also a Norwich City folk hero. Hucks must now think of himself and his family and if he goes off and joins another Championship club then I completely support him. IMO Huckerby has been the victim of jealousy and spite at the Club and Roeder wanted him out. Very sad but alarmingly true. We always bemoan the lack of loyalty shown by players to their Clubs and fans and here we have a reverse situation. The Club has shown a total lack of loyalty to a player who wanted to stay and Iwan Roberts believes had at least another year in him and some of the comments (and apathy) displayed by some of you so-called fans on here beggars belief. Truth is that the vast majority of the posters on here have rightly shown their unequivocal support for Hucks but a minority have revealed ignorance and stupidity in their assessment of the situation and some even downright nastiness. Shame on you.
Hux would be lucky to get into the Kings Lynn side the way he''s been playing for the last TWO seasons. IF a championship side DOES come in for him (which they won''t btw), he will bite their hand off!! Don''t fall for the old ''never play against norwich'' bull - probably the most predictable and boring thing he could possibly say. We''re not all mongs Darren. It was handled wrongly, but ultimately the decision was a season too late. Huckery has never cut it in the Premier League, what makes you think he will now? lol.
A side such as Sheffield United then who are chasing him.
 7. I really don''t think it matters as with the resources we have, players of Huckerbys quality and pace are beyond our reach.  Without a massive cash injection I think we will be floundering lower to mid table for the forseable seasons to come.
 8.
Another point.....Hucks only replacement should be of exactly the same mold. Premership quality willing to make the step down for first team football
One small problem - Were broke.  Restaurants are doing well tho.
 9.
Maybe we should trawl the leagues for tired old starting to fade well known players if you think they are the answer to our teams problems.
But thats what we will be doing anyway - were broke, there is no money.
 10. Be rather ammusing if he goes off to play in the Premiership for a season.  Good enough for Sunderland but not Norwich.  Best of luck Hucks.
 11.
I wasn''t going anyway but whats the betting the board try to turn this event into a say goodbye to Hucks events to sell more tickets.
If this happens you are begining to see the ''business advisor'' role the Turner''s were brought on board to do.  Sounds like their type of plan.
 12. Bad attitude and lazy - should have got rid of him.
 13. We could do with freeing up some wages in order to pay back the Turner''s back.  Have to say they have been an excellent addition to the board - the brilliant ideas they have brought to the table.............none actually spring to mind but there we are.
 14. What did it matter on Sunday?  He had no excuse not to make it public knowledge during the week?
 15. Frankly I think it makes Roeder look selfish for now telling us he was letting Hucks''s go.
 16. Roeders selfish for not giving us the chance to bid Huck''s farewell in the rightful manner.
 17. With all the millions we have to spend next season, I''m sure it will be no problem to find a replacement next season.........Oh, were broke.
 18. Here''s mine.............http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OcZH4dfyFXA Any other suggestions?  Remember not all tears are shed in sadness.  Your a legend Hucks.
 19. With no chance of saying a decent goodbye it feels like he has been ushured out the back door.  So wrong the whole affair imo.
 20. I saw Flemming today at the top of Timberhill with a sort of leather type clip board in one hand - phone in the other.  Apperared to be looking for something not sure what tho.  Perhaps we fancies a game?

 22.
I agree that its a shame hucks is leaving, but you know this is football, and as we aint rolling in cash we can''t afford to keep him just for sentimental reasons.Darren, you''re a legend, but lets get this right, kevin keelan is a legend, duncan forbes - legend, they all have to leave some day. I''m sure he wishes the club the best, as we wish him!!!
a) Nobody knows his financial expectaions for next season (frankly I think he would have played for a packet of M&M''s)b) Are you really suggesting to keep him on would only be a sentimental gesture (he''s still class and would make a huge difference next season)c) Roeder is a complete Prat (and selfish) for not allowing the fans the chance to wish him a proper goodbye. So thanks Hucks for 4 seasons of class, electrifying, edge of our seats football.  Your reward from the powers that be?  Please exit via the back door.  The whole thing stinks.
 23.
tell me what is dramatic about wanting  a proper send off for one of city''s best players of the last few decades, its the club who have been underhand imo. Dion got all the plaudits and has not done a tenth for city what Hux has, to most its not letting him go, although i personally feel its a ricket, its how it has been done
Spot on.  Roder didn''t like Hucks from day one in anycase.
 24. Turner''s to the rescue..............with another loan maybe, Horrah!!!!!!
