1.

the Board who have made another glaring mistake by appointing someone totally lacking in the necessary managerial skills.
How many of Roeder''s fellow Championship managers have two 7th place Premiership finishes on their CV?
Oh you must be looking at the CV he showed the board when he was appointed, as surely anyone looking at his full CV would spot a few other stats that aren''t so clever???!!!
 2. Not wanting to sound too smug but........I told you so!!!! And for all those people who said to give Roeder a chance - Well done, if only I had your foresight!! However, you  may or may not believe me when I say that I did actually want Roeder to prove me wrong as Norwich City doing well for once would be far more satisfying to me than correctly predicting the poor results our manager would bring. ROEDER OUT!!!!!!
 3.
SELL HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 4.

Spot on .perhaps you and me are the only ones. The soon glenda roder leaves the better
let me guess you want roeder out because he got rid of huckerby?? Yeah huckerby was a top player but on very high wages. with them wages now freed he can save a hell of alot of money per week and give the wages to a player similar to huckerbys ability but quicker and younger. its perthetic u really dont know anything about football do you. he is obviously a top manager just from seeing what he did to us he only took a yes s**t team on a 13 game unbeaten run and saved us from league 1. god yes roeder out u really are perthetic and need to grow up. People like you are soo annoying and dont have an ounce of common sense. We''ll soon see whos right let him get on with his job and you get on with yours yes that is being and idiot.
You obviously haven''t bothered to read the original thread mate.Unless you have something interesting to say - don''t bother!

However i don''t see how posting on here is going to help anybody. I feel ethically this whole thread should be deleated. The young players have enough to worry about; getting contracts, life transitions, pressures of being a footballer. This type of discussion I feel is needless and irresponsible when discussing young players names and abilities. The acadamy set up I feel is another issue which Roeder is clearly addressing
Diznazza Hizlomez who are you to say it is needless and irresponsible to discuss young players names and abilities when the person who started the post is the players father???? Do you even know what the word ethical means?Maddad - Well said!
In response to City Devil, I use ethics and values in my daily practice to help construct appropriate and meaningful interventions for vulnerable individuals. Hope that answers your question to whether I understand ''ethics'' My values dictate for me that mentioning the abilities of young players that MADDAD does is wrong and unethical. For example look at his response to when his own son''s abilities is questioned. Is that really positive. If we are wanting to promote a successful system where  young players become successful graduates into the first team. then threads like this are unhelpful and should be deleated. My son better then your son is not going to create a healthy culture within the academy, and MADDAD clearly references this to one of the young players recently promoted to the professional ranks. How does that help!!!!!!!!!!! The young players do read whats being posted, so i think we should all be ''ethically'' aware of what we are writing in reference to them.  If not then this I regard as ''irresponsible'' PS I agree with Arthur''s last post
Well good for you what a wonderfully self righteous world you must live in. However, I prefer the world where fathers shouldn''t be made to feel unethical for responding to mindless insults thrown at their children!
And then throw them back with hidden comments about abilities of others = unethical You appear angry my friend, I am just stating my opinion. I take onboard what you are saying but I am concerned about the consequences of such a thread on the camaraderie of a youth set up that already appears to be up against it.
I''m not angry or your friend, I just don''t think you really know what you are talking about!

 8.
I just read the so called apology and it don''t wash with me. Seeing as Hucks was never asked about not being a constant first team player how did Roeder know he would not be happy? So thousands of fan are nonsense for wanting to give Hucks a send off he richly deserved. Thank you Mr Roeder for that insult it reminds me of Grant calling us a disgrace soon after he join us, its something you will regret in time as he did. He gets rid of one player and wants two players to replace him.....has he really lost it? I didn''t see anything about the 10 new players you stated but will that be 7 loans and 3 real City players? What a wonderful future that portrays for the club, when did continuity and consistence go fly out the window? For me and I think many others if Roeder''s loan team don''t hit the pitch running and winning at the start of next season there''s going to many calls for his head.   FOOTBALL MUST COME FIRST
I completely agree with you, and to add to this..Roeder also states in his so called apology - "I listen to people I respect and then I make the decision myself." He clearly didn''t listen and won''t listen to the fans about the Hucks situation, so surely that means he doesn''t respect the loyal supporters of NCFC?.
 9.
I''m sorry, but an early campaign for " ROEDOR OUT " is absolute MADNESS in the extreme !!! He has made a very brave decision for what he believes is the best for NCFC. Don''t shoot the guy down for showing a bit of bottle ![:@]
There''s nothing brave about his decision just pure studipity! We simply don''t have the funds to invest in a player that shows Huckerby''s talent, loyalty and commitment to the club. There are now several clubs showing interest in Huckerby so obviously the footballing reasons Glen had for releasing him aren''t too much of a problem for the interested partites, which include top flight clubs!
 10.
It has just struck me that the whole problem at Norwich City FC may well be all our fault. Why? because we are too accepting of things. We have just witnessed the worst season of football in as long as many can remember. Some of the matches and performances being as dire as I have ever seen in my 26 year of attending. Yet we are all over the moon with the fact that 1 game short of the end of the season we scrapped to safety in on of the weakest leagues we have ever played in. Hell after that we all stayed behind and gave them a standing ovation as the waltz round the pitch in their vests. We have actually come to accept the crap we are given almost with out question and treat scraping to safety in the similar way to winning the league. Some Ipswich fan on here last week even posted a thread saying "When’s the open top bus parade". Now he can go and boil his head but I''d laugh if it wasn''t so true.We are told time after time we are the best fans in the world. And I for one, without wanting to sound big headed on my own or you behalf believe it. We turn up week in week out home and away giving loyal support in far greater numbers that any team in this league would get give the same set of circumstances. We watch as transfer window after transfer window passes with us only picking up other championship cast off and we still stay bubbly and give them a chance. Are we to soft. Have we become so used to being strung a line that we actually believe it. Are the Board just saying to each other, their still coming and there still sing so why spend money. We get asked by some drunken old soak “Where are we” the cheeky mare, yet still we brush it of as good old Delia. Are we the problem. They can even get rid of our hero''s without a care for what the fans would want. Why? because they can. Why can they? because we still don''t stop giving our support. Will we stop? never! but, should we be so easily pleased that we clap a lap of honour that has seen us scrape to safety against 10 men, one game before the season ends! This isn’t another Smudger or Cluck thing they are fools who like the fact that we fail this is a fan, a season ticket holder for 26 seasons, this is a man who does care about his team wanting to know where it will all end and will we ever see better than the CRAP that the last few season have been.Maybe it is our fault maybe even the board would like us to kick them in to life. Perhaps we are all waiting for the other party to do something!!!
I agree with everything you have written here. Of course we will always support our club, but it must be time to show the board we expect a lot better??
 11.
Pretty simple - it should have been announced before the game at Hillsborough.
Exactly!
 12.

Eh? If we hadn''t beaten QPR? Who was in charge for that game?????????? GLENN F***IN ROEDER! Who is to say that with a different manager we would even have been in a position to stay up.
You''re missing the point. It shouldn''t have come down to needing to win that one game to avoid relegation. It should have been needing one win to be in the playoffs. Or maybe my expectations are higher than yours?
Well considering where we were when Glenn took over, we would have needed to display title-winning form for the remainder of the season to get into the top six. Considering the squad he inherited, and the complete lack of confidence in that group of players, I think your expectations are way too high. The slump was very worrying, but come August he will have rebuilt the squad in his own image, and then our expectations are entitled to be a bit higher.
Initially when Roeder took over clearly the priority was to avoid relegation however when we came within 4 points of the playoffs, of course my expectations were higher. But expectations were actually opportunity and had Roeder been the manager we needed we could have achieved it. However it all went wrong very quickly and Roeders true colours shone through! And as for "our expectations are entitled to be a bit higher". Does that mean we should look forward to 15th next season?

 14.

20% people on here talking sense - i.e hucks is gone. move on! theres nothing you, or hucks can do now to change that 60% people are reasonible in saying we should kept him, he is your icon player to be fair. but not going over the top about it 20% just plain stupid in saying sack roeder etc....
Why don''t you move on to a wolves board and talk about your own god damn club on there you idiotic gold scummer.
WELL SAID!!
 15.

Look, I, along with many others, are completely fed up with the nonsense I am hearing on this board. Do you honestly think that Roeder does not have a plan, and several back up plans for next season?!? He isn''t going to take us into next season with our current squad. There will be additions, we just have to be patient. If it wasn''t for him, we WOULD now be in league 1. Fans have such short memories. The last thing we need now is more change, we need stability. Look at the clubs that have had stability in previous years, and then look at Leicester. We mock Milan Manadaric for changing manager on a weekly basis - look where they are now. If you guys aren''t careful, it''l be you that put us into league 1, not Glenn Roeder.
Know this for a fact do you? If we hadn''t won against QPR then we would be in league 1, so it wasn''t exactly guaranteed safety. Look where Warnock took Palace and that''s without the massive fan base that Norwich have.I really don''t rate Roeder as a manager nor as a person so why would I want him managing the club I love?
You don''t rate him as a person? How well do you know him, exactly?
I don''t think you need to know him personally to know what sort of person he is. Surely no one with respect for other professionals would have dealt with the Huckerby situation in the way he did? And if he really cared about the fans, even if he had to let Hucks go, he should at least have given him a proper send off.
