The board got it badly wrong
Ivan Easter replied to Waveney Canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
They better get it right for next season!! -
Whoever he is I hope that hes in place ASP so as to get the team sorted out and prepared well before start of next season, and I hope the board has learnt from their errors of this season. No more 8.5 million strikers that cant score please.!!
-
If he wants to go then cash in and let him go whether we stay up or not!!

Sooner or later something must go our way
Ivan Easter replied to Making Plans's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Its ironic actually because if we go down it will probably be due to Fulham again by us not winning that game. We can still hope for a miracle but who knows????? -
Were we good enough to stay up?
Ivan Easter replied to Since 1980's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Yes its Hughton and the Board that were not good enough!!!!! -
Would you take Allardyce if he is sacked

The blame game
Ivan Easter replied to lake district canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Whoever is to blame is now irrelevant we have 2 games left to try and stay up. If we do not then we rebuild and bounce back with lessons learnt I just hope we can keep some good players? -
In the bottom 3 tomorrow

I agree I think this will be the case and if we go down its ironic that not beating Fulham could have been our downfall. However this season has been a bad one with players not good enough and not changing Managers sooner but apart from one or two players performing well we are always our own worst enemies when we have a chance to do something we mess it up. It will take a miracle to stay up and they don''t seem to come to us!! If we do go down I hope that the board has learnt from their mistakes as well and install a good Manager to get us back up again?? -
I know perhaps the writing is on the wall so to speak but I find that I cannot give up hope just yet. I thought Adams spoke well after the match a change from the Hughton drolls. Unfortunately I could not see all the match as we had a 6 hour power cut here, but from what I have heard we certainly have more fight in us now as a team. Perhaps we might just scrape in like Wigan used to do who knows. Everything crossed keep it up lads!! there may be light at the end of the tunnel yet.

Unfortunately today it showed that Hughton should have gone at Christmas because now we are playing better football. We still have a chance and if we carry on playing as we did today we can stay up. !!!!
-
If they can do it maybe we can pull off a couple of surprises in our last 4 games!!!

Malky meeting with the Norwich board today
Ivan Easter replied to Funkee Homosapien's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I would sincerely like to see us survive under Adams however, if we do not and the Board decides to appoint a New Manager I hope that we do not have another Gunn episode? -
A Lot of people wanted change so did I and we have it now okay it should have come a lot sooner but it didnt. So we lost yesterday but the team did not give up fighting and if we maintain that spirit perhaps we can get something in the last 4 games we are not down yet. Lets hope we can prove everybody wrong and stay up. It was Neil Adams first game yesterday in charge so it wasnt a win give the guy a chance Hughton had his. Perhaps we can do as Wigan did and pull a few surprises.
-
There is still 4 games to go You never know??? Fingers crossed the others below mess up though
-
Hughton is not good enough and the team is not good enough to stay in the Premier. It would take something really out of the ordinary to keep us up now I cannot see us getting anything now out of the last games we seem to have lost the fight to survive. I hope Iam wrong but looking at the last fixtures there is nothing there to give me any confidence that we will survive.

In your opinion are we down?
Ivan Easter replied to SeattleCanary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
YES so me might as well get rid of Hughton now -
If we stay up do you want CH to carry on ?

I didnt see the match but was watching Sky Sports Soccer Special this afternoon and Phil Thompson said that Wes Hoolahan should be on the team sheet every week. I hope he is from now on. Could not undrestand why he was not being played before. End to a perfect day with a win. Lets hope we carry on like today.

At last the crowd have had enough
Ivan Easter replied to sonyc's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Everyone has had enough now we cannot do any worse without a Manager. Hughton is not good enough as Ive said before this is why Newcastle got rid of him. Sack him now, and get someone who can put some drive and tactics into this team because at the moment they are not even good enough for the Championship! -
These games we should be winning simply not good enough in this league. I thought strikers were supposed to score goals, they have not done much this season. Is it them or the way Hughton sets up the team. Need a clean out at the end of the season from top to bottom. Not confident of survival this season.
-
This has been the trouble for a few games now we win we lose we draw we lose change the structure now its not working we are still surviving on other teams slip ups its not good enough!!!!!
-
Hopefully we can still survive til the end of the season and whether we do or not We need a New Manager and a New Captain because at the moment there is no continuity we are having a good match then bad both are to blame Manager and team honestly to start 1-0 up then go to 4-1 down is totall unacceptable at this level. We had a chance to sort this out a few games ago and didnt and just because we get a good result at home all is wonderful. Seems Lambert is always having the last laugh he seems to know Norwich better than Hughton does.
