1. Norwich did have a team in it once. Fleck and Gordon played if I remember rightly.
2.

Why do we the fans never get the full story, if we all knew what the offer from Cullum was and why the board have turned him away then we could fully, and properly judge the statement from the club this morning, yet again we don''t get told the full truth and fans are calling for Delias and the boards head, they bring the problems to their own front door with all this cloak and dagger Crap. We deserve the full truth not scraps of information and half hearted statements. I feel sick to the stomach this morning after hearing the news but untill i get the full truth i will hold my tongue.
Couldn''t agree more, from day one of this Cullum saga the Norwich City board have made me personally feel like the fans aren''t that important, people can criticize Cullum all they want but atleast he has publicly come out and said his say, within the last couple of weeks he''s been our only source of knowledge, while the Board hardly say a thing. This is what really winds me up, IF CULLUM ISN''T ALL HE''S MADE HIMSELF OUT TO BE THEN WHY DON''T THE BOARD COME OUT AND SAY SO, refuseing to do so only makes us fans assume that Delia and Co are in the wrong.   To tell you the truth, I feel quite frustrated and angry with both Cullum and Delia right now for building our hopes up, only for them to be crushed with a single one paragraph statement. Yet''s hope within the next 24 hours we will get a far more detailed explanation as to what exactly went on, we deserve that at the very least.
Agreed. If Cullum hadn''t gone to the EDP, then none of us would have ever known there were financial offers being made to the board at all. The football club would never have told us - so what else aren''t they telling us? All of it goes against the ethos of the board when they took over after Chase left, and the way they''ve handled it has made it look like Cullum''s just an irritating thorn in their side that won''t go away quietly.Whatever way you look at it though, people will be angry and there will be protests, because no matter what Cullum wanted, no matter how he approached it and no matter what was said during his meeting with the board - the simple fact is that he was going to put £20m into the team - and it''s unlikely we''ll see that sort of money offered ever again.
3. I agree. If you really must buy a new football shirt to wear this season, why not pick up a San Jose Earthquakes top off the Internet
4. Didn''t most Norwich players play through the entirity of last season with yellow Canterbury baselayers on underneath their shirts? I''m sure Cureton did.
5. Hume shone last season because of how bad the rest of the Leicester team were. A bit like Louis-Jean when Forest got relegated. I doubt very much he''s worth £1.2million. It''s more likely that we enquired about him, then when we were told how much Barnsley were stumping up, we quickly went back to whatever it was we were doing?
6.
What planet are you guys on???????? Do you really think that cops get paid double on a Sunday?? hah ha ha!! Dont be so bloody stupid...the government wont even pay them the rise they were entitled too.......... ........and they would not have to move the game to early kick off if some of you stupid chav little animals didnt cause trouble!!!!!!!! GROW UP!!
Well unless the policeman we were stood talking to outside Portman Road was lying, they did get paid double time for the game, so er, yes, I do think they get paid double time.... as for that last comment, well, how do I respond to that? Just who are you accusing of being a "stupid chav little animal" ? Personally I hope it''s not me - since I''m married with children and have never caused any trouble of any form at any football match (or outside of a football match too for that matter) in my life.
7.
To be honest, I would rather the Police Forces spent their money on something else than controlling a football game. Also the moving of the match increases the chance of Sky picking it up.Remember there are more important things than football in the world.
Hang on, don''t the Police get double time for working on a Sunday? That means it actually costs the tax-payer more to have the game policed than it would do were it played on a Saturday
8. I think it''s just a trick to make people buy them. If you look at the small print, it says they will be sent out at the end of July. A little misleading I think, but then, what isn''t these days?
9. Aren''t the Premier League Chiefs still planning to take two or three Premiership matches abroad anyway to increase the Premier Leagues ''Global Brand''? If that happened, it''d be no different to last nights game in Moscow.
10.
Has anyone noticed that the club aren''t telling us how many tickets have been sold? Lots of coverage in the EEN that tickets are still available and that pitch tickets have been sold but no mention of expected attendance. Perhaps someone going could give us a rough estimate?
Could be anything from 500 to 5000 when it comes to pitch tickets. Depends how far the stage is from the Barclay I suppose. Is anyone from here actually going? It''d be interesting to see some pictures from a mobile phone or something if they are - just to see how many people do go.
11. San Jose or Toronto?Hmm, I much prefer Toronto''s shirt. C''mon, Hucks, don''t let me down, I know it''s probably colder in Toronto, but I really don''t like San Jose'' shirts
12. Is this demonstration a marketing ploy by the Club to get people to show up to this Greatest Ever event? If they can''t sell tickets to the pop concert, arrange a demonstration and sell tickets to that instead? [8-)]
13. Glenn certainly knows how to endear himself to football fans, doesn''t he?It''s a shame Iwan Roberts doesn''t work at the Club in some way  - he could have sacked him, too.
14. The Club should save face and cancel this Greatest Ever event (say that Jameliah woman has stubbed her toe or something and can''t make it) - then arrange an end of season boxing match between Lee Croft and Darren Huckerby with Dion Dublin special guest referee. Sure-fire sell-out!
15.
As Branston has already said on thois board, fans have been desperate to find a way to say "Farewell" to Hucks, suggesting a testimonial, etc, etc.  Now there is a chance to give Hucks the send off he deserves at the Greatest Ever event on Sunday, people are too cynical or too tight to take this opportunity!!  Having the music and football combination always seemed a bit odd but the programme of events on the day look OK to me.  I can''t understand why so-called fans seem to want this event to fail?  Paying for a ticket is probably no more than it would be for a testimonial and kids can go free with an adult I believe. So come on everyone, put aside your scepticism and cynicism and DO IT FOR HUCKS this one last time
Why should we have to pay £25 and endure some of the worst music ever performed in Norfolk to say thank you to Hucks for all he''s done. It''s disgraceful.
16.
Sorry, but I have to confess to being a little confused: for the last week people have been moaning ad nauseum that they weren''t given any opportunity to say a proper goodbye to Hucks, a "City Legend", and were supposedly desperate to make this right.  They are now being given the chance with a special tribute bit to him at this Legends thing, but are refusing to go, seemingly due to it being a cynical move by the club.  An interesting but sad thing occurred to me about how cynical people have sadly become about NCFC (possibly correctly, I have no idea) - if that weren''t the case, perhaps it might occur to people that a special tribute to Hucks was being included because they were listening to how ''upset'' some of the fans were...but of course, that isn''t possible...is it? I suppose part of the question is - do you or don''t you want to give him a decent send off?  After all, however cynical you think this might be, it could easily be the last time for a while that he turns up for an official do at Carrow Road.
It''s because they''re charging us £25 for it. And the only reason they didn''t tell us Hucks was being shown the door before the end of the season was so they could do just that, I''m sure. Do you really think a pop concert infront of 500 women and kids is a worthy send off for Hucks? Testimonial = yes. X-factor rejects - No
17. I live in Barry Fry''s old house and still frequently get his mail. My elderly neighbours often tell me stories of how George Best used to spend much time here drinking and playing cards.
18. I thought Bristol City have played good football this season, too. Reminded me a bit of us during our Play-Off season. They still don''t stand much chance of staying up if they make it, mind.
19. It makes me really angry that the Club are doing this... and almost makes me suspicious that it was the whole reason we were never told Hucks'' time was up before the end of the season, because they knew how poor ticket sales had been and needed a reason to bring more people in.
20. Wow, glad I''m not the only one who thought this would be a good idea - I''d been eyeing some online stores for a week or so now in case Hucks signs for Toronto.http://www.soccer.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=1&Section_Id=2761&Product_Id=274346&showcase=tPete, if Hucks does sign and you do get a whole batch done, count me in for one, too
21.
Of the regulars it''d be Jamie Cureton. Of the bit part players there''s a few contenders; Rossi Jarvis, James Henry, Juan Velasco and probably a couple of others. But if I had to pick one it''d be Rossi Jarvis because of his pathetic whinge in the papers the other day.
Harsh post. Cureton finished the season as our top scorer.
22.
I''d love to see him back here, but it''s not gonna happen. He''s going home to Cardiff & I don''t blame him for wanting to go back to where he''s worshiped. A bit like Hucks here.
I think the words "Derby accept Earnshaw Bid" rules out Cardiff doesn''t it, seeing as they have no money at all?
