Because I do not see the point of trying to defend the indefensible...........

Webber did not "fall into a trap", what on earth are you on about. Basically he opened his mouth and proved what a weapons grade bell end he is, it really is as simple as that........

He was wrong to profile only black lads as there are plenty of examples of white lads born on the "wrong side of the tracks". He was wrong to mention the individuals names without their permission. He was wrong to suggest the individuals he named were saved from a life of crime by football when clearly that was not the case. He was wrong to besmirch the families of the individuals he named. Everything about that interview was plain wrong, there are absolutely no positives to be found...........

Within all that awfulness I would like to highlight Spain 1982 as being not that bad. Played 5, won three, drew 2 lost 0 It was the year there were two group stages, in the second group stage we had West Germany and Spain and we drew both games 0-0. I am not saying we would have won the World Cup that year but we had a couple of injuries (Coppell and Keegan) and if memory serves me (which I would not rely on), we came close to beating Spain. Despite all of the above I agree that Southgate gets unfair criticism...........

*Cough*, young people have problems in society, no need to profile just one section of those young people. I think the statement from the club is fine and glad to see they have specifically said they are reaching out to Abu Kamara and Jonny Rowe to understand what they have to say on the matter............

I really do not know, he has been a registered racehorse owner in the past so the assumption I have made from all of this is that he had some involvement with the horse otherwise he would not be under investigation.. As Midlands Canary has posted the race looks like it was thrown, the jockey that day has previous and had been banned earlier in the season for "not trying". I am not making any judgement on Ashley Barnes or his father in law, if they were part owners of the horse it does not necessarily follow that they knew anything or had anything to do with instructing the jockey, we will have to wait to see what the results of the BHA investigation are..........

I do not disagree with the sentiment, however we now have players losing the strength in their legs when their shirt gets a very light tug and players feigning injury to get a fellow professional sent off, that is not right either. I do not want players going around kicking sevens shades of **** out of each other but I am equally sick of the rolling around in fake agony and players throwing themselves to the floor at the slightest touch. 11 a-side football is and has always has been a contact sport and a balance needs to be struck between the old days and how it is now...........

My bad, just read up on it, the Feng Shui did not work though because Cambridge got beaten 4-1 by Blackpool. Interestingly the Stoke manager whilst being dismissive of the jinx made sure his team stayed at a hotel that had only been used by winning teams............

That and the fact that up until that game no team that used the changing room we used had lost a play off final at Cardiff (ACN)............

I am still reserving judgement on him.....................

I think there is really only one solution to this. You need to have a word with Mr Attanasio and see if there is any way you and your money can join him on the board. This is the only way I can see of keeping you happy, harnessing your corporate knowledge and experience and sorting the clubs finances out for the better.............

Not sure I want to go to Carrow Rd tomorrow, Norwich Canary said he will be running around the ground naked.......that is one sight I do not want to witness.............

On the subject of stand names didn't the naming of a stand the Colin Bell stand at Man City nearly not go ahead as the club feared that rival fans had influenced the public vote so that they could call it the Bell End?..........
