1.
Just a thought here - and looking at the divided opinion between fans on whether we should boo or not, whether protests work etc. How about instead of the booing, fans who want change, wear a black armband to the game, or failing that a black item of clothingand leave anything with club colours on at home? Surely a significant gesture that OUR football club is slowly dieing?
I like it! It won''t put the team off the job in hand, but it will make the board aware of our mass-dissatisfaction!
2. Still a top manager in my opinion, but he seems the type of guy who likes to take a break after a stint of management, don''t be suprised if he isn''t back in the game until the summer.
3. Why? Because 2 big shareholders pulled out a few months ago, we had to sell a player to ensure we had enough to cash to keep us going, and it''s a well known confirmed fact that we haven''t got alot, if any funds at all to use in the transfer market. Hardly the signs of a club aflush with cash.
4. Feel sorry for the guy, but facts don''t lie- we didn''t keep a clean-sheet in any match he appeared in.
5. He needs more time. No matter what anyone says, you cannot judge success in a few months. Glenn''s reign may have started over a year ago, but personally I don''t think you can count last season too much in terms of gelling the side together. The summer saw a complete revolution- something like 17 transfers in and out of the club, and add to that the mass over-haul of the coaching staff- that kind of overhaul takes time for people to adjust to. Sacking Roeder will achieve very little- we need to be patient. I firmly believe that if next summer Roeder can bring another 5 decent (permenant) players in, as he did this summer, then we will have a solid side, capable of pushing into the top 6.
6. ''Paul Ince Come On Down'' That''s an ironic title, given that in 6 months time, that''s exactly what he would have been doing with Blackburn.
7. I''d love to see someone like Mackay or Crook come back to the club. But... For managers like Glenn Roeder, who like to sit in the stands for the first half of a match, it is important to have an assistant manager who you know and trust to look after things from the bench. I''m guessing this is why he has gone for Sadler- he already knows him, and can therefore trust him.
8. Worthy was past his sell-by date, after doing a great job here for many years. Unfortunatly, we appointed a very poor successor to him. Also, do people think that NW would want to join the club again, after the protests, and atmosphere at the Burnley game- booing, applauding their goals?
9. One of my favourite ever city moments (HUDDY- I think we should take some credit for it!). It''s up there with the Etherington sending off, and the Geoff Horsfield banter!
10. I like Croft, but anything more than £1m would be a superb bit of business, particulary if it were an exchange. Mind you, I don''t believe this rumour for a minute.
11.
It doesn''t seem that long ago that a number of fans were saying that our biggest fear was that we might lose him to a Premiership club.
Us football fans have short memories don''t we! Stick with I keep saying (I hope, and think, that I''m in the silent majority).
12. Yeah, ''cos Roy Keane would want to manage Norwich wouldn''t he? Keane will get a job with another Premiership club no problem.
13. Okay, I''m going to get shot down for this. Let me firstly say that this isn''t my opinion, this is just a discussion starter. Here goes... Are we the fans partly the reason why we are struggling yet again? Let me explain. There are obvious advantages to having large home crowds every week, of which I won''t insult anyone by explaining what they are. However, and this is most definatly the case this season more than any, is having a large home crowd watching a struggling side always a good thing? Let''s take tuesday night as an example. We had just won a much needed 3 points with 10 men at Forest, on live TV. But you wouldn''t have guessed that at Carrow Road the other night. The chorus of OTBC was dire, a half-hearted effort by us all. And it''s never long until we get on the players'' backs (I include myself in this). The slightest error, misplaced pass, etc, is always greeted by mass groans. Players get more nervous, mistakes become more frequent, and city lose 2-1. I suppose it''s easy for us to criticise. We pay our money, they get paid a healthy sum, and we''ve had 4 years of under-achievement to sit through week after week. But I''m starting to think that if the board or manager can''t sort us out, maybe we the fans need to do more. Do all of us, not just the traditional ''noise-makers'', need to get behind the team more often? Would a louder OTBC and chants such as Y''army help our home form, at least? Discuss...
14.

Hope he does well. Just don''t sit in the front row either side of the goal.
oh i see, i sit in row N, will i be safe?
You should be safe, but take a cricket helmet to matches just in case.
15. ...sometimes I wish that were true where NCFC is concerned. Shocking performance, there''s no two ways about it. Woeful. For me, here''s where we went wrong. 3 of our defenders had a shocker. Kennedy didn''t win a header or a tackle all evening. Betrand and Semmy were caught out of position, and in pocession, time and time again. Matty Pattison. Scored again, meaning his match rating goes up to zero. He was the worst of them. Can''t pass, can''t do anything. What he was thinking for their 2nd goal I just don''t know. Very nice of our new mascot the lema and Captain canary to do a reconstruction of it at half time anyway. The last part of the trinity- Henry, Zidane, Antoine Sibierski. How the hell did this guy become a professional footballer? As my brother actually pointed out, it wasn''t he worst showing for Norwich, making it even sadder, ''cos he''s was dire. Kuqi showed us all what a proper centre-forward should do. He held up the ball, distributed well, and was generally, a pain in the backside all night. Leroy Lita. Please, god, if we have any money whatsoever to spend, let us not spend it on him in January. We saw tonight why Reading have disregarded him. He just didn''t look interested at all. He didn''t move into the channels, was offside (along with Bell) far too many times, and looked about as threatening as Jamie Cureton. Glenn Roeder. Why don''t you like Hoolahoop? He is clearly one of our best players. Palace couldn''t get anywhere near him in the second half. Why? Rant over. Bring on Ipswich anyone?
16. Damn that Roeder, and how happy he gets when we win. Burn him, I say...
17. The Norwich board really are ruthless when it comes to the mascots. Camilla Canary, The Digital Phone, both disregarded in a mass cull...
18. Stefanovic always gets yellow carded! Just beat Ipswich 1-0 in the 90th minute, Mifsud on as a sub! Also, buy Danny Graham if you can for 600k from Carlisle, scores some right corkers!
19. Here here! Drury is a class-act of a defender, and it''s the one thing I was badgering on about during the yesterday''s game. Bring back Drury (although I''m not sure your mum would agree Huddy...!)
