Yes please, I really want another DM in the building regardless of Hayden's return date. -
Tick tock tick tock

Let's delay judgement until we see a midfield of Sara, Hayden and Nunez. I think Hayden is utterly key ... and personally wish we had bought in another DM to back him up. -
Smith speaks

Let's see what his midfield of Sara, Hayden and Nunez will bring before we get the pitch forks out! -
Sliding so far back

Let's see what the new midfield - Sara, Hayden & Nunez will bring. Add Dowell into the mix and we should have more creativity in the future. -
The Championship is back!

A comfortable Burnley win I think ... the Terriers have lost their manager and some top talent (especially Sinani!) and won't be the same this season. -
Lots of people writing off Sargent...

I'm still struggling to determine what precisely he 'is'. I like him and am desperate for it to click for the lad but I'm still figuring him out. Those more in the know ... can you name a couple of other players past or present (including from other clubs) that you would liken him to??? -
Aarons set to stay after all?

The problem for Max is that decent right backs are pretty easy to find when the world's your oyster and you have the bank balance of a Premier League club. Throw into the mix that you are the hottest assest of a financially stable Norwich City and you can see why he's unlikely to move on any time soon. -
Is anyone convinced by Dean Smith?
Cantiaci Canary replied to rock bus's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Okay, hear me out here, I would say - yes, Smith's what we need. The attraction of Farke was his extremely narrow / idealistic approach. It was dead easy for us fans to see exactly what he wanted us to do, and that was exhilarating, BUT it was darn obvious to our Premier League opponents too. After we dared to beat Man City we were worked out and unpicked. Smith prefers a more flexible, robust, English style which will serve us better in the long run. We will be more adaptable and better moulded for top flight football. He's a very bright guy - have patience ... it'll work out in the end. -

Yes, you would hire Normann without hesitation but he's far too good for tier 2 football, he knows it ... he won't go anywhere near it! -

This would be insane if it happened on so many levels! Surely just a bizarrely made up rumour!!! -
Good luck Christos!

I understood that he wasn't keen on moving abroad but I could be wrong! -
I sense his heart wouldn't have been in a 2nd tier marathon so no great loss ... nice saving on wages too I would guess.
