The real problem
spencer 1970 replied to Dean Coneys boots's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
This has got me thinking. I wonder how many people on here are Brexit voting, right leaning types who want "Britain to be back British", yet would love us to be sold off to some random "forrin bilyonare" to we can compete finacially in the Prem? 🙃 -
Where do we go from here...

I think we need a nickname-rename to start off with. "Fortress Carrow Road" may as well now be named "Whorehouse Carrow Road" as everyone who visits scores for fun. -
Todd out with pissedoffitis again

Dale Gordon, the Jarvis Bothers, and now Todd...some of you Norfolk residents do seem to give it rotten to "your own", is it a self-loathing thing? Maybe to you need to get out more. I did! -
Off the books and loans out remaining?

Phew! Well at least we can play the 4 we have and Farke hasn't "done a Roeder" in regard to over-loaning. -
Another interesting Stat that I've mentioned before is Man City's bench against Spurs (15/08/21) cost more than we had spent in our entire history. I reckon we've eclipsed that now mind you.

Not Sitti has gone that means just 2 players left on the books that are not part of the team(s) No. Pos. Nation Player — GK ENG Aston Oxborough — DF SUI Timm Klose Aston out on loan and Tim on a "mutual" please? That would mean a few of the first teamers/fringe to go out on loan from... Placheta? Idah? Omobamidele/Zimmermann? Any others? ...for the the record I'd only like to see Placheta (and Oxborough) go out from the above althouh I'm still a bit confused on how many loanees we can play in any game, is there a listed difference between Prem and non-Prem loans? -
I've just seen Normann's instagram, I bet one of our War Paint sponsors are delighted! 👀

...so just Klose to get off the wages now then what with Drmic out on loan. Although you have to wonder what gives with Melvin Sitti as it's far from worked out for himjust yet eh?

How much have we spent?...ever!
spencer 1970 replied to spencer 1970's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Ok, I'll not estimate with an actual figure for fear of a lawsuit. As you were, I'll not take this to court as I'm worried you know my ex wifes divorce lawyer. He was called Mr Pedanti if I remember. Edit: Norwich have spent somewhere in the region of 1/4 of a billion in their history. Approximately £100m less than Man City's bench last week. -

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/28966896 The Bairns say they have received a club record fee for the 18-year-old, reportedly worth up to £1m. -

sorry, DOH! -
As I've just worked it out (on another thread) Man City's bench against Spurs cost £362m, so nearly 100m less than we've ever spent (£270m). EVER! #letsstoptheknickerspillages

A = £270m since 1992. I'm not a "Premaphile", its just the data is a tad sketchy before that. I doubt its over £280m in our history. Man City's bench against Spurs cost £362m, so nearly 100m more then we've ever spent. #letsstoptheknickerspillages
