The ones that pi55 me off is when an offside is given because the heel or toe is beyond the defender when it has no bearing whatsoever on that goal being scored - so much for the advantage be given to the attacking side - that seems to have gone out the window since VAR - hate it with a passion

We just seem to find it hard to show our quality as at Sunderland on Sat totally outplayed for 70 mins before the subs came on and changed it - thought we would do well tonight (and we may still do that) but we certainly seem to struggle despite what I see as a very good side with a quality subs bench to boot

Don’t know where this has come from after such a disastrous season but I have inside of me a great enthusiasm for next season and cannot wait for it to get started - whether I will feel like this after the transfer window is a different matter but in this moment in time - bring it on

Apparently we are now interested in a Cameroon defender along with Huddersfield and Forest - we all know that NCFC do not generally make public any interest in players until they have basically been bought and yet we have to read the tosh that is permanently pushed out there that we are interested in around 40 players - interested and actually buying are completely different so any stories I read taken with a very large pinch of salt

People seem to think a season in the Premiership followed be a season in the Championship would be fun and I wholly agree - the problem is getting promoted in the first place - we have had it good getting promoted on the last two occasions but there is no guarantee that it will keep happening and a lengthy stint in the Championship (Leeds and Forest) is always another consideration - taking things for granted based on historic events can come back and slap you in the face

No despite what all these players keep saying stating that we can still get out of this - even Houdini could not get out of this - it’s just claptrap to keep the fans on board - I know the players are not gonna say to fans we think we are going down in which case don’t say nothing at all

The problem is they did’nt and that is what makes it such a failure - maybe I said it wrong in that yes all games are winnable but there is no confidence that when we do play a game we can win it - even today I have no faith and believe it has a draw written all over it although would love to be proved wrong
