  1. what are the alternatives? I don't really want Dyche
  2. moaning about VAR again, offsides etc the German fella played it across his own box. I don't think that's been offside for about 50 years
  3. the rugby isn't segregated there is also a Metro station right outside the ground that was closed for the CL final due to train strikes 🤦‍♂️ which would have alleviated a lot of the problems however, we can compare the event to other football events staged there (Euro 2016 final for example) and yes, not the same issues
  4. I'll never stop celebrating goals properly. I'd rather look a bit stupid for 5 seconds than let the machines win altogether, others should join me
  5. the proper Scouse fans are fine in my experience it is the Irish, Home Counties, Norwegian plastics that feel they have to show how much of a Top Red they are that go OTT with this stuff booing a hymn ffs, a hymn that is synonymous with the Hillsborough disaster
  6. seems a bit unfair, he's only been in management about 2 and a half seasons 😂
  7. the Championship is shocking in its current iteration, some of the teams that are going well and in and around the top half are absolutely crap. A league full of paper tigers. we could be as bad as we've been this season and come top 6 imo. It's that bad. Even better if Forest go up through the playoffs as your Huddersfields and Lutons are as bog standard as the rest of the league.
  8. good. These little bastards need to be taught a lesson. Stoke scored in the extra added on time too, hopefully they miss out on top 6 by 1 of a GD
  9. the experts that hung their hat on Brentford before Eriksen's mini revival may still yet turn out to be right! feel sorry for Leeds who seem to have been sucked in despite posting 11 points from their last 5 games before this weekends tonking.
  10. Amazing to look at the gulf between the 2 teams today when you consider the reverse fixture not long ago. we are a completely broken team and they are the complete opposite, even when you take away the blood money.
  11. How much hypothetical money do we have to spend? I'd buy a few from Derby, their kids don't look out of place in the Champ and could have bright futures. Knight / Sibley / Ebiowei / Buchanan Swift from Reading if he didn't get any Prem offers
  12. I don't mind Brighton or Brentford, I like teams that are very data driven I hope Man City win the league and Haaland scores 100 goals, a) to underline the ridiculousness of things, b) I really can't stand Liverpool. Hope Klopp has a coronary
  13. amazing what a win in the sunshine does for the mood. Happy to drag Burnley down with us into the abyss, I don't see them as much of a hindrance to promotion next season as perhaps Leeds, Brentford or Everton might have been
  14. Have to remember the TalkNorwichCity lads likely come out with very polarising opinions to generate clicks and engagement, they seem like two decent lads but would agree they are more like slick presenters than knowledgable football supporters
  15. The TalkNorwichCity boys can't stand them, mention it on every show. Coming across quite bitter now
  16. good (lucky?) point but conceding 30 shots to a team like Brighton is a startling reminder about the gap between us and even the reaches of lower mid table. A lot of work to be done over the summer
  17. I'd like to keep Sinani, he looks a great little wildcard to have up your sleeve, he could win matches for us in the Championship
  18. This is all set up for a classic turfed out by the first good team we face
  19. even with our disaster hosting of the last Euros we will beat Russia here surely. They've only bid as its an easy propaganda win for them when they get rejected - "look at how they punish us, and ostracise us"
  20. not sure about Man City's fan base but unfortunately the rabid, selfish Liverpool fan base could never do a full boycott, there's always some tourist from Ireland or Surrey willing to stump up for tickets. A shame as their fans from the city itself are fantastic
  21. it is dispiriting but I'd rather us at least try and play football rather than defending our own box for 90 mins and every game resemble the Alamo.
  22. Comedy defending aside, and hindsight is a wonderful thing, but should Brandon Williams have brought Raphinha down and taken a red card for the team? Having an argument with someone and I'm definitely on the side of bringing him down in that moment, got to be aware he is the last man. He looks to me as if he thinks about doing it and pulls out
