1.
Who do you think will score more goals in the next month? Cureton or Sibierski?  No contest. Get your money on Cureton. What about Cureton or Lita? With Lita back at Reading after SW away and Ipswich at home I''d still put money on Cureton. Cureton or Lupoli? Again Cureton Cureton or Koroma Cureton again.
By that reckoning me thinks that there wont be any goals, cause JC isnt going to score any
 2. Donny, Forest and one other....it could be us, it prob will be us
 3.
cheers for j.c!!! haha see the lad has a bit of ambition by leaving you canaries! what a signing for us should make a few people sit up and liste, i cant believe you have loaned him to us, hasnt he scored nearly fifty goals in the last two seasons at championship level? seems to be hes one of the best in the business at this level thinking of getting his name on my shirt. thought you lot wouls be up there this season after a couple of good signings whats happened to you? you were awfull at oakwell, the way we see it we will be safe this season because were better than at least three clubs, you donny and forest.
I was at oakwell and agree with you that we were awful, you werent much better tho, I think you will finish above us, at least i did until you took JC, now i am not so sure, I will be amazed if he scores a hatful for you.
 4.

Drury offered us far more in one half last night than Berty has offered us all season.
Yup. It was a superb performance from Drury at left back. Even his crossing was very good. It''ll tell us something about Roeder as a manager if he sticks with Bertrand for the next game.
My money is on him sticking with the useless bertraaaaand. I bloody hope not tho
 5.

Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere but must mention Hucks. He sat in the away end yesterday fully supporting the team. Prior to the game he was in the back of the stand. He stopped and talked to supporters, shook hands, signed autographs and willingly had pictures taken. Hucks, I salute you.
Pretty nice ego trip for him too... I mean it''s great that he''s "one of the fans" and all that but if I was going to be feted as a messiah every time I set foot at my old place of work I''d probably go back more often than I do.
That has to go down as one of the most disapponting posts i have ever read.
 6. he is a very big part of the problem, his ego is way to big
 7.
I also have spoken to an academy lad who said that at all the training ground free kick practices Lappin scores 9 out of 10 times. He said that Simon is the best set piece man Norwich have, he also said he and Roeder hate each other.
Not going to make any difference tho is it cause EVRYONE hates roeder
 8.
I thought that Doc was one of the only ones to come out of the game yesterday with credit. He wore his heart on his sleeve, never gave up and you could see what the game meants to him. Well Done Doc [:D]
Make doc captain every game, he was like a one man team for the last 20 minutes yesterday
 9. After the 3rd goal went in I stood up in the Barclay and shouted F..k off roeder...no one else joined in tho, I have never hated any of our managers until now.
 10. where do all the slags hang out? (not for me obviously )   I was going to come up with some good places to go, i go out fairly regularly on a sat night, but the last comment has got me suggesting you stay in wales and find some sheep
 11.
I hope they give it to Mr Obnoxious straight from now on. He doesn''t deserve too much respect.
He doesnt deserve any respect!
 12.
As  somebody who was at Burnley on Saturday nothing would have made me happier than seeing Huckerby coming on as a second half substitute. Watching Norwich no longer excites me at all. There is no spark there, not one player who you can expect to do something exciting. In short Norwich now are one of the most boring and lack lustre teams I have ever watched. The team play just like the managers personality. Booring and so arogant they think football owes ythem their over inflated salaries. And yes I will stand and applaud Darren Huckerby and join in any songs about him. I am more looking forward to welcoming him back to Carrow Road than I am the game.
I wasnt at Burnely, I was at Barnsley though (not as bad by all accounts) but your post sums up exactly how I feel. I know others keep saying he has gone get over it, but when he was here I looked forward to going to carrow rd each week and now I dont, simple as. I wont forgive roeder until he gets the new hero he promised us.
 13.

It wouldnt matter how much he was given he wont turn us around. Lets face facts he cant handle the big names DeCanio at West Ham Huckerby at Norwich. Sorry we are stuck with him till his contract runs out mediocrity beckons.
Wouldn''t say huckerby was a big name!!!
You are joking...we are talking NCFC and Huckerby was a big name to norwich fans and Roeder couldnt handle him
 14. I havent read all of this thread so this may have been mentioned.   I dont like GR attitude towards the fans and/or the players, but one of his quotes in the article stands out to me “And if you want to get to the nitty-gritty, the bottom line is the decisions I made were right because we won the game. That''s the bottom line.” IMO opinion he has made many wrong decisions in tactics and subs and we have lost, i havent heard him say that the bottom line is I was wrong because we lost the game!!!
 15.

So saying a player has played very well over the last couple of games and being "hailed as some sort of second coming" is the same thing because...?
Look back over the thread and see these quotes: "he looks a complete different player from last season" "he''s so strong" "Very few better central defenders in our league"       Doherty is none of these things. He is not a great Norwich player. It''s misguided to believe that he is. From your comments I have to assume you dont see him play very often! Apart from anything else why are you so bitter?
17. We were good the whole team played well. Three players stood out and nade the differnce to me Clingan instead of Fozzy meant forward quick passing instead of stopping sideways/backwards passing. Lita who knows where the goal is The Doc solid at the back
 18.

I''m going to be there, chuffed the student prices are only £12
Yeh same! Bit weird that the coach is leaving 5 hours before kick off. Its not that far away
Can take up to 4 hours, usually about 3 and a bit though..roads are crap
 19.
indeed it would - we are fickle fans at Norwich and always will be I think
What is a fickle fan, I turn up week in week out, and go to some away games, and have been watching crap for 3 seasons. I have been known to shout what a load of rubbish on a few occasions, does that make me fickle?
 20.
Top championship attendance ( generally only beaten when Derby play at home ) again ! Despite 24,711 hardy ( insane ? ) souls turning up again, the atmosphere was just.....well.....missing. Reasons ? imo having failed to score in the first 45 mins ( in any league game apart from Plymouth ) we are clearly waiting for the team to produce something ( preferrably a goal ) to get our andrenalin going to enable us to provide the required vocal support, but basically nothing happens apart from we fall a goal behind. Even after we equalised yesterday its as if we didnt really believe we would go on and win the game, but to lose it was a shock ! At least when we had Hucks ( regardless of what we felt about him ) he was our hero, there was always that anticipation, excitement, adrenalin rush when he got the ball, now...... nothing. It seems we are desperately trying to find someone ( good ) with, whom we can say, he''s ours, Norwich through and through, but there just isnt. We are treated to a stream of loan players whom we fail to identify with and whom probably fail to identify with us( and whats the point of getting excited about someone who will be gone next month anyway ). Before you ask for our undying vocal support before the next home game Glenn, please try and appreciate why it can be extremely difficult. What do you all think, am I missing something here or what ???
Great post and probably sums up how most are feeling, just to add , what is the point of Sibierski, does he actually contribute anything?
 21.
Wish I was born in Manchester, Liverpool or Barcelona. At least my Saturdays would be a lot less depressing. But I would have a stupid accent.
After another shit sat afternoon, I was at Barnsley as well...I must be mad! At least this post made me smile
 22.
If he''d stick to one bloody position then perhaps I''d make a better judgement but at the moment he''s all over the pitch and is way off being a "new hero". Personally, I think this is down to Roeder''s poor tactics.
That my opinion to, hes never on the left wing which is where I thought we signed him for.
 23. Great post! Agree entirely.....I thought we signed hoolahan as a left winger....someone should show him where that is on the pitch
