1. "......Rubbish !!! Green taxes have been imposed by the EU..... "You are getting confused. I suspect in your confusion you got the 20% from the EU''s climate change target of reducing carbon emissions by 20% by 2020. If you think your energy bills will reduce by 20% if we left the EU you are off your rocker. The biggest green tax on your energy bill was  home improvements to the fuel poor which adds £47 to the average bill , then there are smart meters and other add ons......none of which have been imposed by the EU. The Tories are reducing the onshore wind farm subsidies.....did they need the permission of the EU ? No.
 2. ".....BTW EU have added 20% to energy bills...."Just like your claim that EU employees pay no income tax this is complete cobblers.EU green targets add about £8 to the average energy bill. Other , and larger ,  green levies are imposed by the government and are likely to remain in or out of the EU.
 3. " Wrong MooreMarriot...".No , i am correct. The facts are easily checkable , if you could be bothered. The salary of a EU employee is taxed by the EU, rather than at the local level. Taxation varies between 8% and 45% depending on individual circumstances. This is paid into the Community budget . What some woman told you in a bar in Sachsenhausen in 2004 is not really worth bothering with.
 4. "...Did you know for instance that people who work for the EU in Frankfurt pay NO tax on their salaries?..."Quote:"..The salary of  a European civil servant is not subject to national income tax. Instead, salaries paid by the Commission to its officials are directly subject to a Community tax which is paid directly back into the EU''s budget. This tax is levied progressively at a rate of between 8% and 45% of the taxable portion of your salary.." . So out supporter found to be talking complete cobblers again shock horror.
 5.
The main issue I have is that the start menu and something called "Cortana" (appears to be a pivotal bit of the operating system) will stop running and this requires a reboot.  However this is a known issue and happens less frequently so presume they may be fixing it in instalments. The benefits are a much faster boot time, and generally quicker performance relative to Windows 7.  The interface is quite simple to use too, in fact not radically different.Takes about 30 minutes to set up and if you can still get the free upgrade, I would do it.
You can disable " Cortana " and a number of other invasive features of 10 with this free programme.https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10
 6.
BOR Wondered if you are in in league with your namesake It can be disclosed that for seven years running, while the IRA “armed struggle” was at its height, Mr Corbyn attended and spoke at official republican commemorations to honour dead IRA terrorists, IRA “prisoners of war” and the active “soldiers of the IRA
And it can be disclosed that " while the IRA “armed struggle” was at its height " both the Thatcher and Major governments were secretly negotiating with the IRA.
 7.
Funny how it''s changed from ''Global warming'' to '' Climate Change''  Did science get it so wrong they had to change the name ?
They don''t mean the same thing. And the term " climate change " has been around since at least 1956 , predating " global warming " .https://www.skepticalscience.com/climate-change-global-warming.htm

 13. Newton ? He was considered a religious nut even in a time when everyone believed. He studied the bible obsessively , looking for secret codes and messages . He believed from his biblical studies that the world would end in 2060 , so not long to go then.
 14. Do you remember the cases of Jimmy Saville and Rolf Harris " Shyster " ? More up your street i would have thought .
 15.
I get nothing for best new comer? [:(]
As you are the banned " Shyster " that''s unlikely......a man banned for making obscene comments about underage schoolgirls and then sending threatening emails to anyone who objected. The only award you are likely to win is " Poster must likely to be on the sex offenders register " .

 17. On the subject of someone faking Alzheimer''s disease to avoid justice , there is precedent in the case of fraudster Ernest Saunders.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_Saunders " He was sentenced to five years'' imprisonment, but released after 10 months as he was believed to be suffering from Alzheimer''s disease, which is incurable. He subsequently made a full recovery.".

 19.
What are you trying to do MM? My links work on 4 different pcs using 4 different browsers. Are they not working for you?
Ah.....the hyperlink on a ChromeBook does not work in quite the same way as a windows computer , which is why in the first post the " http:// " was not included in the link. I would recommend Chromebooks by the way , they are very fast and much more secure and virus proof than a windows computer. The OS updates automatically in the background and are surprisingly cheap. You can''t run any windows stuff obviously.
