NWC 315 Posted December 8, 2012 Ref and lino had chats after our 4th goal - according to someone who was at the match on the swans forum it was because something was said to Bassong.Anyone heard any more?
Yobocop 1,442 Posted December 8, 2012 Wouldn''t surprise me if that Chico Flores said something, the anger seemed to be directed at himCan''t say I''m particularly bothered as I''m sure Bassong isn''t, he doesn''t look like the sort of guy who gets offended with comments like this and instead just gets on with it

shefcanary 2,950 Posted December 8, 2012 Yeah twitter talk is all about monkey gestures. Just confirmed on BBC. Culprit indetified. Good to see that Howard WEbb spotted it, but you''d hope he would focus on the game as much.
Rudolph Hucker 0 Posted December 8, 2012 Bassong is a Cameroon lion. All of that is below him.
crabbycanary 2 Posted December 8, 2012 Great that they are sorting it out asap. What really goes through peoples minds (apart from fresh air) when they do these things? Totally un-acceptable in any shape or form, but when you are in an environment that has cameras everywhere, and especially after recent similar, events. Stig 0 Posted December 8, 2012 Yeah just seen that apparently it was a group in the East Stand. Really let''s everyone down to be honest. Ah well, it won''t put off Bassong from scoring!

jedi 0 Posted December 8, 2012 Twice in as many away matches bassong has been racially abused but don''t worry we all shag our relatives so its fine.
......and Smith must score. 1,596 Posted December 8, 2012 There''s now a piece about this on the BBC site.It says a 23 year old man was arrested over allegations of racial abuse and is police custody.
Bill 1,788 Posted December 8, 2012 most appropriate sentence, should it be found to be true, would be for the miscreant to be obliged to travel up to Norwich and make an apology to Bassong personally, preferably in front of the rest of the City squad that way there is minimal cost to the taxpayer and is a far better way of confronting his/her behaviour
