Goes without saying but there''s a long way to go but yeah I agree with that....Bassong or Tettey
Bassong or Tettey for me - cannot pick between them at the moment, both instant heroes, superb signings.
I''m going to raise a few eyebrows and say Whittaker. Early days I know I do think he will make a huge difference in our ability to stay in the Prem.

G.

Harmless though.

However, I''m hoping it''ll turn out to be the new striker we sign in January, who takes the pressure from GH''s broad shoulders and fires the goals to lift us up the table with ease.

Too early but already Bassong''s performances and contribution have become overrated.

My thoughts are based on the season so far rather..

Currently I would say Ruddy (keepers always overlooked!)   Has been consistently good and his saves have kept us in games and I dont see that performance level dropping.

In defence Garrido & Bassong stand out - with Bassong the more influential of the two.

In midfield we have had too many inconsistent performances for one of them to make the grade.   Wes & Tettey would push their way in based on their limited appearances to date.

Up front none currently deserve to be in the running,  none has put in more than 4/5 impressive performances,  all have been inconsistent and all missed too many chances.    I agree Holt is likely to be top scorer & will be in the running (fingers crossed)
