Google Bot 3,936 Posted June 26 That's not the full fixture list mate, that's only Championship games. August is a busy month with the two additional league cup games thrown in there, even though it doesn't start till the 10th. I don't know what kind of time Johannes is used to in-between games, how far they had to travel in Denmark or how he prioritises cup competitions, but it's going to be a really packed few weeks at the start. Osborne17 13 Posted June 26 (edited) Interesting how both us and the binners are at home on Saturday 17th August. Not sure I’ve ever seen us both at home. With their game locked for the 12:30pm kick off, does that mean we can expect our home game against Blackburn to be on Friday night or Sunday lunchtime? Only 7 league games before the end of September must be some sort of record for EFL, I guess due to wall-to-wall league cup rounds?!

Don't be too hasty on that decision GJL. Kassam Stadium | Oxford United FC | Football Ground Guide That gives scope for 5,000 away fans which surprises me so i will be sticking with Luton and the ridiculous 1100 we will get as per 2022/23 as nothing has changed there as far as i am aware. pete 372 Posted June 26 Watching Sky coverage of EFL fixtures, Oxford v Norwich shown as being on Red button rather most of Championship games available on Sky Plus, There were three games on Red that day. Unsure how to access Sky Plus matches via my tv, red button a no brainer however.

Capt. Pants 5,014 Posted June 26 November looks busy. 3 games in 7 days either side of presumably an international break. Should pick up an injury or two. Just scrolling through the months just highlights how tricky this league can be - not many easy months, nor should there be. I just hope we still have a competitive squad by the time the transfer window slams shut.

Luton has always been well supported in a small ground and as I understand it they only have to give 10% of their capacity. since the ‘redevelopment’ I think there’s a few more available now but not many I’ll be there, my bro in law a season ticket holder and almost certainly won’t make NYD so I’ll have his ticket if not I know a few more people. Looks like we will be given the maximum that Oxford have to give ( essex take note ! ) which is 10% of capacity or 2,000 whichever is lower. Ground capacity is 12,500 so that will be 1,250. Not sure of Oxford's level of support but you'd assume that their first home game back in the second tier for how many years, against a pretty big club (don't laugh) will attract a large home crowd. Add that to a number of NCFC fans wanting to do a 'new' ground and I wouldn't be surprised if away tickets are oversubscribed. All speculation on my part, of course.
