Everton 12 point deduction?

Recommended Posts

Theyre pleading that some of their debt was due to losses during Covid.

Well we had to sell them Godfrey during that time to balance our books!

...so if they were spending money they didnt have and disregarding FFP rules that everyone else had to adhere to, then they deserve whats coming

If they are found guilty the sanction must be applied this season. Everton will do everything to stave it off and drag it through appeals etc until it goes away as an issue. That’s what QPR and others managed to do

Could face. Won't face. Look, we all dream of Everton getting relegated as it would be hilarious but its not happening. They always manage to avoid it and always have.

I'm even more convinced after last season that they magically will just avoid relegation no matter what

They've not done anything for years and always seem to be flirting with relegation. Despite the threat of pints deduction nothing will actually happen as the Pemier League see then as a big club.

Also with the stadium being being used for Euro 2028 the FA need to keep them sweet so there aren't any issues with it.

Does that mean we get done for money laundering or summat?

I don't know about you, but my weekends would be absolutely ruined with a pints reduction.

Norwich City relegated because they knew full well that poor Everton couldn't afford that fee😂

Given its Everton, that is more likely to happen than Everton getting disciplined! 😉

Not so sure about that. From the outside this looks rather dangerous for the club.

Would we really want Everton in the Championship though?

I couldn't give a toss about them, but could be good news for Luton...

Who cares?

They kick a team struggling but allow Moneycheat Citeh and Newsaudi Utd spend whatever they want.

Manchester City are currently charged with around 100 offences by the Premier League and proceedings are ongoing.

Newcastle haven't thrown huge amounts of money around because of the FFP rules. The money is available but they aren't able to spend it.

Perhaps they will blame that on Delia's pleading to bail us out?

You’ve now passed over into a complete fantasy alternative reality, haven’t you?

They’ve just been dished out an immediate 10 point deduction.

They’ll probably be safe

Possibly, but they are now going to be sued for loads and loads of money by the likes of Leeds and Burnley. And there is a precedent, albeit not an exact one, from when Sheffield United won millions from West Ham.
