There is a Yeovil Striker called Alex fisher who broke his leg and currently has a metal frame on his leg, said he can use one of these to run and keep fit.

And could these contraptions get ahead of EVs and we use our own walking/running power to get ourselves around. Are they easy to park?

Yes, but It's only got a 1 horsepower motor........... ok, before the pedants strike, I know that a horse can have up to 15 horsepower of output.
