As an absolute minimum, this will happen. As much as it would be fun to see Everton drop down, I can't see it happening now.

Kenny Foggo 1,116 Posted May 22, 2023 I can see Everton drawing with Bournemouth and Leicester beating West Ham to stay up.

It certainly isn’t beyond the realms of possibility. For all the anti-Smith stuff, Leicester knew they needed to avoid defeat to have a better chance ie had they lost, Everton only needed to draw their final game - and even in a game like tonight’s they were going to get at least one chance…for me, it’s a shame it was saved.

It's Character Forming 1,165 Posted May 24, 2023 I've mixed feelings, I'd like to see Everton have to mix it up down in the Champs and I quite like Leicester generally but it would be a bit irritating for Smith to make lots of mileage out of keeping them up, and you know he would. FenwayFrank 2,467 Posted May 24, 2023 Would make it easier for the club and away membership if it’s the scousers, Ipswich or Everton’s new ground ?
