CirclePoint 205 Posted April 18, 2022 Looks like with Wycombe’s win and Ip5hit’s loss over the weekend, Ip5hit is officially set to wallow in League one for another season.

cambridgeshire canary 6,833 Posted April 18, 2022 Yup, mathmaticly impossible for them to get into the playoffs.. Or thats what I heard and I can't be bothered to check it Anyway, kind of a shame we won't get a guaarrented 6 points from them next season.. Seriously however I did a quick check on their forums and it seems its all groundhog day for them. All very much 'dont worry next season we will go up!' All in the same way 'next season we get promoted to the prem!' They would shout at the end of everg one of their 20 plus seasons in the championship 😂
Chelm Canary 404 Posted April 18, 2022 (edited) Inevitably the Derby will be back on and eventually they are actually going to win a game against us after about 15 years of living in our shadow. I can just imagine the embarrassing (for them) and unwarranted glee it will bring. It will be the best and most magical moment of their last 2 decades. Ken Hairy 3,782 Posted April 18, 2022 It was mathematically impossible for them on Friday. Derby County now officially relegated to League 1, so that's 1 less promotion spot for the binners to worry about next season, this time next year they can celebrate half a decade in Division 3........ . Unless they get relegated 😁

dylanisabaddog 5,021 Posted April 18, 2022 Derby have 4 contracted players at the moment for next season. They'll do well to stay up let alone take one of the promotion places

duke63 545 Posted April 18, 2022 (edited) So 1p5wich are not even the third biggest club in League one now. 😂 Edited April 18, 2022 by duke63

Google Bot 3,331 Posted April 19, 2022 We're 7 points from prem league survival which seems absolutely huge. Ipswich are 12 points from reaching League One playoffs!! It almost makes you laugh considering our relative woes. It shouldn't make me feel better, but it somehow seems to make that 7 point gap feel less.
