Abramovic has already admitted he has paid money for favours from government. Why Boris is reluctant to sanction another corrupt person soon to lose his job. No chance Chelsea would be able to pay it back even if they could. No money leaves the UK to Russia, unless Chelsea have a Russian bank account. Would love that **** to lose all his money.
