Of course it was. Those railing against it at the time are nowhere to be found of course.

Webber trailed it in the media as a reason we couldn’t afford top signings but that was just an insurance policy if we couldn’t get any signings.

I had no idea the extent of this all before reading this article. I thought it was a legal loophole pertinent in this country alone, but to be responsible for the movement of $1 trillion?
