I don't think it is law - just advice that you will be at risk from catching the virus over that time and your health condition does mean that it's effects on you will be extremely serious I'm sure there are places out in the countryside where you can take execise with very minimal risk just use you common sense and not put yourself at risk

How I Wrote Elastic Man 1,187 Posted March 23, 2020 All the best @ricardo I understand the precautions the vulnerable are being asked to take, but worry about the effects of loneliness, boredom and inactivity may have on some I hope this goes on no longer than 12 weeks, but fear it will 😟

Van wink 2,994 Posted March 23, 2020 Get out in the garden Ricardo, no risk there, unless of course you have some squatters in the orangery who leap out to mob you when they realise who you are. Maybe an encyclopaedia of NCFC home match reports written by quill would pass the time, alternatively small but frequent quaffing of Peroni.

keelansgrandad 6,679 Posted March 23, 2020 I would phone 111 Ricardo. I personally think you are meant to stay within the confines of your property. But you never know, within that 12 week period there may be some change.
ron obvious 1,502 Posted March 23, 2020 I'm sure common sense must prevail. If you drive out to somewhere isolated & go for a walk there can't be a risk. I'm not that far from London but can walk for miles without seeing a soul. Anyway, best of British ricardo. We're all rooting for you.

You are still allowed to go out for a walk! If you don't have it already, the OS Maps app is excellent. For £20 you get access to the high detail OS maps for the whole country and other users share their walks. It's GPS enabled and if you follow someone else's route it tells you if you're going the wrong way.
