  1. Not starting a new thread on this as it's scottish fitba, but Scots goverment now restricting attendances to max 500 for outdoor events for 3 weeks. Old firm game on 2nd Jan will be affected, but I'd say some clubs in Scotland struggle to get over 500 per game anyway, but the xmas games are likely to be bumper crowds
  2. This is clearly living with Covid as globally we are no where near vaccinated and vaccines only allow us to continue day to day lives that also serves to keep the virus circulating. We are locked in until we can get a vaccine that kills transmission and enough of the world vaccinated with the latest vaccine within a short time span. I've been a fan of lockdowns and to answer Ricardo's question "Is it really so impossible for people to make their own decisions about this", well the answer is individually yes, on mass of course not. If things are open people will go so closing everything is the only way. However it's not sustainable. I'd imagined living with it would be near **** all cases with sudden local outbreaks, but it's clear living with it means near constant cases and demands on the health system and staff shortages with regular extremes such as new variants creating waves. For me now we all have to accept living with it means a constant presence of the virus and that we have to accept varying levels of restrictions to migiate either the economic or health damage as we hit waves or crests etc. You can't lockdown it away forever, but neither can you pretend it's something you can forget about. If it needs a lockdown it needs a lockdown for example. We now also need set finanical packages that can be implemented at every level of restriction and hate to say it, but a national ID system so one thing gives you all the covid related statues you'd need.
  3. Pretty sure we'll get 0 points out of the Charlton game.
  4. Basically personal choice for individuals and business continues and it's get as much done while you can.
  5. When do we expect a decision from this meeting. Anyone know
  6. Solid guy and a solid player. Hope as he says his future is a happy one.
  7. Unvaccinated players going....Cheap. Sounds just our cup of tea. Seriously though. Does the vaccine stop transmission or limit your contagious period?
  8. Blanc Women FC v World Girls FC. Ok I'm thinking based off World Girls FC's facebook page that the game is postponed. Can't find any other info than that. Plus no live score on the game are available.
  9. I'm looking for girls worldwide! Nah cougars unless I visit Bermuda
  10. Let's get that Masi guy to be the ref(Blows whistle awards a penalty for a foul in the centre circle then declares it's now golden goal)

It's nice to have a fall guy while getting free advertising with basically what I'm saying is if it's all very well to play innocent when you have a culture of the wild west decision wise.
  12. Oh I'm ok for that date @nutty nigel - Do you still keep up a Norwich bet signature stored away somewhere?
  13. Good Evening For my pick this week(stats) Motherwell v St.Johnstone - Home win - Bit risky considering the saints away seem to park the bus then brick up the goal. Also for Parma I don't see any odds yet and there is only 2 games gone in the season so maybe the odds will be high, but last seasons winners v a new expansion team. Sydney FC Womens v Wellington Phoenix Womens - Home Win For Diesel - Norwich to score a penalty. 9/1
  14. Here's a wee pic from my trip to Barrow. Emlyn Hughes born in Barrow
  15. 6th or mid table, but as a coy plan to stick it to the binners should they mircale promotion and have a play off charge
  16. All the posters suggesting subs are looking in the wrong place for the mircale. I'm hoping Villa get several key injuries(but short term ones) and their subs make a hash of it.
