I''m with Spartacus, think we''ll be pleasantly surprised. I don''t think he''d have picked an unfit Wilshere over, say, someone like Noble or Drinkwater who was in form and had had a good season. I think he''ll have a style of football in mind and will pick the right players to fit it, unlike Hodgson. I really don''t think he''ll be any worse than the other bozos who''ve tried.

If we were looking to raise a bit of cash for other areas of the team, Ruddy going is the obvious choice. He has been a great servant, but it feels right to me that he now moves on to a fresh challenge.
