  1. I think he's saying he just has a feeling that we might... Not that there's anything concrete
  2. Turns out HAH knows me! Yep... Middle name is Lawrence... First name Robert... Hence the 'BobLoz'
  3. Arrggghhhh! Yeah turns out that Half Ar5ed was indeed who I thought it was! I have so many bloody nicknames now... 😂
  4. Totally mate. Absolute morons in whichever case really.
  5. I'm not sure about this 'Lawro' name... Hmm... I feel like you either know me and know what my middle name is or you're tryna compare me to Mark Lawrenson in which case... waaahhhhh 😂
  6. I hope he wasn't bottled, as one Twitter user suggested. They mentioned that he got a hook, went down and bopped his head off the pavement. Both are bad, but when broken bottles get involved you're looking at losing lots of blood and potentially worse... Like losing an eye. Utter idiots whoever did it. I hope this wasn't some kind of Rangers/Celtic motivated attack as things are just ridiculously silly between those two clubs and it'd suck for it to get worse.
  7. Posted this to FB a couple of nights ago. 😂 Tinpot w**kery at it's utter worst! Someone commented with "Free 2019/20 season ticket inside!"
  8. Swans sell to Man U and then they loan Dan James to us for the season...?? That would be a lovely outcome imo.
  9. Ha! Saw this last night. Bloody loved it!
  10. What an utter balloon. He is surely going to pop at any minute.
  11. There's also a story about him that came out recently and, should Villa gain promotion to the Premier League, his wages will rise to a massive ÂĢ70,000 a week ðŸ˜Ū Not bad for a chubby funster who has done absolutely bullocks all for that club... Especially this season. Just goes to show the dangers of getting an older player signed up on lengthy, expensive contracts with various clauses. Must have had a bloody good agent!
  12. I was gonna say... The lack of penalties likely had something to do with the fact that the refs were scared shartless of Fergie!
  13. I heard that Tom was also excellent at cricket. So, if this 'football lark doesn't work out for him' then he can go play cricket ðŸĪŠðŸ˜‚
  14. MB made a point which is quite indicative. That our revenue for the entirety of the 2018/19 season will be around ÂĢ30 million. Our first season since 2010/11 where we haven't had any Prem revenue or parachute payments. So, by the end of the 2019/20 season our finances will likely look better and we'd be able to potentially spend more on signing individuals should we retain our position in the Prem. Prudence with ambition... that has actually worked under the stewardship of Webber et al.
  15. I do wonder about this potential signing. I, like many others on here, would be fully happy to have Rhodes on a permanent deal. However, will he actually play much is the question? His experience and character around the place have clearly been beneficial, by the sounds of it, to what we've achieved this season. But is it worth shelling out the fee and wages to have someone who might not play that regularly? I guess we may well need him for certain teams we'll come up against in the Prem and fully trust our recruitment team's judgement. I just wonder if it's worth utilising that money to bring in someone who may start more regularly?
  16. Agree! Also, close to my old neck of the woods, Old Hunstanton is lush too!
  17. They have intimate connections with the Saudi royal family and an estimated wealth of about $7 billion. I don't think they ever had much contact with Osama! He seems to have taken his own path! It's simply the Bin Laden name that causes such furore, but these guys are not involved in funding terrorism or anything like that. It's pretty crazy media madness to drum up readers and clicks. Worked!
  18. Bamford was with us when we were in the Prem, not Championship. But I get the point!
  19. Not really sure of the point of this post. Footballers getting injured... Hardly ground-breaking stuff! Plus, I am quite sure that most of those won't be with us next season.
  20. I know what you're saying but there is also a hierachy in place... Such as a CEO etc. In fact, that very same CEO dismissed Malky and his mate's horrid homophobic and racist tweets as 'banter' as they felt the need to protect that. So, Hogesar makes a good point. The LMA (from the functional business side) are clowns.
  21. I don't think it's an issue. It's almost obvious, as there has been a glut of pundits banging on about "British managers" and how "we need them in the Premier League" etc. But a lot of those respected, British managers have very archaic ideas when it comes to playing football. And the younger ones, who are perhaps more influenced by the continental approach, aren't really getting a chance at big clubs just now or haven't proved themselves. To give Wilder his credit, he has been pretty forward thinking in his approach to the game and brought Sheff Utd up through two leagues to now be in the Prem for the first time in years. That's quite an impressive feat.
  22. Wolves will probably sign him 😉😂
