1.
Totally agree with the OP. As a season ticket holder totally enjoyed Div One and the buzz went to most of the away games, went to all but two of the Championship games away and several away games last season always felt we would have a go. This season it is hard to get the enthusiasm to go to Carrow Road Hughton''s tactics are totally uninspiring. One incident summed up things for me today when Bradley Johnson was driving through and went tumbling out of play the fans shouting out his name, if you give it everything the fans will get behind you, I dont mind losing if we go for it and are beaten by a better team but that limp performance in many parts today was poor. I can now realise why Newcastle got rid of even if we stay up cant see much changing for next season.
You''d rather we lose and see us play gung ho football than take the point we got today against a very good side? How odd. I guess you didn''t see us commit almost the entire team forward for a set piece in the dying seconds of the game looking for the winner?
2.
Give him chances and he will score but the way hughton plays I don''t blame him for being frustrated. Hughton out
You really have absolutely no idea what you''re talking about, do you? You, along with other seem convinced that CH sets us up to not attack at all. Nothing could be further from the truth today. We were trying to counter attack and looking to get into advanced positions to get the ball into the box. What we lacks was the execution. Misplaced passes, poor touch and on occasions a lack of composure. None of that is CH''s fault. The number of times Hoolahan lost the ball or played a poor pass when going forward today beggared belief. You can instruct the players to play however you want, but if they aren''t executing that plan then there''s not a lot you can do as a manager.
3.
Grant brought nothing good to the table today. I still think that if the numptys at MOTD see his scrape down that hairy dude''s shins, he might be in for a retrospective fine.Maybe CH should have given Becchio a go.
The referee saw it and acted, so the FA won''t intervene.
4. "You didn''t read the article then, he said if Zaha can go to United for 15milllion then that must mean his son is worth 25mil since Ince junior has triple the goals and assits this season than Zaha. " Quite. He also thought he was up to premier league management. I''ll take Paul Ince''s opinions with a pinch of salt for now.
5. Was this thread started by the same poster who boldly claimed we would definitely lose at Sunderland?
6. Comedian, eh? Is it on TV somewhere, or are people streaming it?
7. Why on earth would be be doing interviews about his signing for NCFC if he hadn''t signed for us? He''s been answering questions about what convinced him to sign etc etc. He''s our player as of 1st July, come what may.
8. Does nobody attend English lessons at school any more?
9. I don''t think it that unlikely that holt will leave, but that article is pure speculation.
10. AAAAAARRRRRGGGhH£h£h! FFS Lee Camp. Limp wrist!
11. Wigan looking dangerous now but we''re defending well. Time for Holt I think. As if by magic...shame we''re not going 442.
12. Wigan''s shooting seems to suggest they''re playing rugby. Pretty poor in general, but it feels like we''re the more likely to score. The final ball hasn''t been up to it though.
13. The ribs of beef usually stream games and have a big screen. Possibly the doghouse too.
14.
Just come on here to post the same.... Composed and v mature for 28, looks like a prem defender all the way....
He should look mature at 28. He''s coming into the best years of his career. He''s hardly a kid. TBH I thought he was a few years younger than that.
15. A well known City fan. Has spoken about this in interviews in the past.
16. It would be beautiful poetic justice if he took Reading to safety and Saints crumbled to relegation. He should never have been sacked.
17.
Maybe like the Norwegian influx or the Spanish influx .......... which didn''t happen Nor did the Cameroon influx perhaps we may have an Argentinian influx or even a Sierra Leone influx who knows ?
You could have just said no. At least you refrained from calling someone terminally dim this time.
18. So, clinging to the past. See also: WACCOE.
19.

I think Garrido has done a good job and would be pleased if he signs on, but another LB is needed as Tierney doesn''t seem to feature in CH''s plans. I would also like to see another CB like Curtis Davies or another, and a CM who can defend and attack in the style of Yaya Toure. Not asking much, am I?
It would be great to poach Samba from QPR!!!
No chance. Wages.
20. I don''t care how much Charlie Adam is worth. I wouldn''t pay a tenner for the dirty cheating bastid.
21. "If we''ve spent £8.5m on Van Willy and we were to spend £10m on Kiyotake, then how much do you think that would leave" Well, that would be the extra money for next season gone, so presumably whatever was in the kitty prior to that. Given that we spent fook all in January I''d expect that to be around £20m. With a bit of shopping around in Europe that buys 4 or 5 very good players. Throw in a bargain or two and we could sign another "star" with what we''ve got left over. Having said that I don''t think we''ll spend more than £20m in total.
22. His name means dogs c0ck His name means dogs c0ck Ricky van wolfswinkel His name means dogs c0ck
23. Maybe it''s just me, but £8.5m doesn''t really sound a lot. I know it''s a lot relative to our previous transfer dealings, but it''s peanuts when you look at how much we''d have to pay for a player proven at PL level. It''s also not that much when you consider the whole market in England will be skewed by the extra money coming the way of PL clubs. Some posters go on about other players they''d rather have, but there''s no Indication of how much these players could realistically be signed for. Players like Michu for £2m aren''t exactly a regular occurrence.
