1. Why do people watch football? Personally for enjoyment, rough with the smooth and being an underdog makes success so much sweeter. If you don’t just enjoy today what do you get out of the game?
2. My coaching badge says that consistency is the key to success. What’s Lambert doing, we we’re lucky today, when is he going to play a settled side? (Tongue firmly in cheek, where are you baldyboy!)
3.
Jas, I think my coaching qualification might say i do know something about football, you obviously didnt hear Fox last week when he said sometimes we dont know who is playing til the day of the game and we usually work on THREE different formations in training!!! thats why I say it cannot help the players!!! Surely you should work on ONE formation each week!! that is simple coaching methods!!
I think Lambert has a few more of them than you
4. It''s worked so far this season, look where we are in the league. How can other teams prepare for Norwich if they don''t know who or how we are going to play?
5. Defensively it needs work, you’ve got to remember this back line has never played together before. The link up play between Hoolahan, Surman, Howson and Fox has been breathtaking. Two individual errors and we could have had a few our selves. We were by far and away the best team in the first half hour. Morrison has been poor but if we had the Grolt in this formation we’d be frightening
6. I''m using wizizig, but it keeps going down, does anyone have anything better?
7. Look up P90X, I’ve been doing it for around 8 weeks now and it’s awesome. It covers diet, stamina, flexibility and strength. I was a member of riverside gym for around 4-5 years and used to go on average 2-3 times a week but since I’ve started this I’ve cancelled my membership. The main problem with a gym I found is that unless you have a personal trainer it’s hard to know exactly what to do and when, i.e. warm up properly and warm down, what stretches etc, which this covers, it’s also easy to plateau when just doing your own exercises. I’ve heard from a friend it can be got through illicit means off the internet, if you don’t want to buy it. It’s worth a look and you can do it all from home without paying 30 pounds a month for gym membership.
8. Before the season started I thought Rudy was too inconsistent along with Wes, Whitbread was to slow and Surman to lightweight for the diamond. I’m glad I don’t pick the team. I think it shows how good a manager we have that after the Sunderland game he went with the most creative team we could put out after previously being outmuscled in the Sunderland game. Sunderland is at present the form team of the premiership. When he managed Celtic he would often employ Sutton in a role which would cut out the out ball to the defensive midfielder, effectively stopping them tick. With the absence of Fox and Johnson having such a poor game our only out ball (Wes) was easy to nullify, which in turn, stopped us performing. This isn’t a reflection on Wes, just a manager who has got his tactics spot on. I really thought we were lacking width in the Sunderland game but it just shows you how good Lambert is, a change of personnel that improved our possession and long story short didn’t drop Wes but made sure our ball retention improved in other areas giving Wes more space to impact the game was telling.
9. If you take an exam, if you get 99% of the answers wrong and 1% right, you still only get 1/100, and fail the exam. Sorry is ok BW, but how about getting things right more often - then you won''t have to say you''re sorry Yes, but his one was a fairly big one. Out of the four or five names I’ve seen him post he’s got one correct. If he worded his posts slightly better would he still get the same level of abuse? As in, I think we might be getting....?
10. This is all a little bit unfair. I’ve found BW’s posts tedious in the past but as Andy Warhol said, everyone is entitled to 15mins of fame. Credit where credit’s due, I don’t know how he got it and so what if it was a guess, he guessed right. If you’re prepared to criticise, you should be equally prepared to praise.
11.

Jealousy runs deep, runs wide.
So does Grant Holt, and we all f''ing love him.
He''s found his level in round four. If we have realistc aspirations to progress further we will have to bring in a more experienced FA Cup goalscorer.
Excellent insight, John Byrne has got that FA Cup experience that we are so desperately lacking. Could someone PM me, to let me know if we could afford him or not?
12. To the tune of Outkast''s "Sorry Ms Jackson, I am for real" replace with "Simeon Jackson, he is for real"
13. Silence is often preferable to “I know but am not telling you”. Someone said last time this came up that champ manager is normally fairly accurate. If anyone has it could they post the Norwich teams stats as a guide?

We all know with no clean sheets where our problem is.....just think its much ado about nothing Clean sheets start from the front. You could have the 4 best defenders in the world but if everyone ahead of them is dross then you still won''t keep a clean sheet. Howson will improve the team overall, meaning we are more likely to get a clean sheet. So whose place does he take? Misguided and irrelevant question. Do you not understand the concepts of squad strength and increased options? I do understand which is why we need strength at the back....what happens if we lose Zak and Ayala or one of them, we do not have any depth at least we do in midfield but I think defence should be the priority.....your statement of depth in squad simply does not ring true in defence and it would in fact seem like you do not understand this concept. As a business man I understand we only have so much money to spend and I would rather see this in defence wouldn’t you? If we need a midfielder it should be a defending midfielder not an attacking one As a vegan paraplegic I understand that too much red meat is bad for you. I don’t think this qualifies me as an expert in player acquisitions. From my limited understanding defending is done as a collective but the purest form is ball retention. Look at Swansealona’s conceded column, especially at home. I don’t think they have a defensive midfielder as such (or one over 5 foot 6). Any player who can help us retain possession will become a valuable member of the squad. I would happily go into more depth regarding ball retention but am very tired having just typed this with my nose.
15. Good call, Has anyone got this who could post it as a guide?
16. I’ve been arguing with a QPR supporter over wages. He claims that Grant Holt is on £58,000 a week which is clearly ridiculous. I was wondering if anyone knew of an official site which shows all premier league players wages. I’d like to know how we fair compared to the rest of the league.
17. Sorry slob, I’ve just gone back onto the website and can’t find it either. I think it must have been taken off since last night.
18. Wow, thank you so much. I''ve been looking for these for ages
