Russell Martin new 3 year deal!
Canarygeorge replied to AndyCanary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Martin told Canaries Player: "It''s brilliant. I''m extremely delighted, my family and I are really happy around here. It''s a pleasure and an honour to be playing for a Club of this size and stature. "The last three years have been brilliant, and hopefully the next three can be just as good. "As soon as the Club spoke about it [signing a new contract], it didn''t take long to get sorted because I''m so happy here personally. "We''ve got a great bunch of lads so I''m really pleased to get it sorted so early on. I can now come back in pre-season raring to go." Great news. IF only all our players had the same attitude as he shows. -

Sky just showed him in reception at CR. Final bits and pieces being sorted out.

BW. Your OP was incorrect anyway. Although some of the lads are off to Vegas, Holty''s going to a wedding. Presumably John Ruddy''s wedding on June 2nd.

Canarygeorge replied to Viva_Marc_Libbra's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Yep, Sky 433 have blocked the game to non subscribers. Bugger. Oh well it will have to be internet stream instead then. -

Canarygeorge replied to Viva_Marc_Libbra's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
If you have got Sky, channel 433 are showing the recent Celtic v Rangers game, with the testimonial coming on at 7:30, unless they block it to non subscribers at 7:30. -
Anyone fancy some vote rigging.?
Canarygeorge replied to norfolkchance1's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City

Martinez very strong bookies fav. now
Canarygeorge replied to Canarygeorge's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Amazingly, Mick McCarthy has come from nowhere, to be favourite with 6 of the bookies. Unbelieveable! http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/aston-villa-specials/next-permanent-manager -

Curbs, @ 20/1 might be worth a few bob as a bet. He had an interview for the Wolves job, and wants to get back to the prem. He said he turned down Wolves as they were a lost cause at the time. -

Even as i posted that Martinez''s odds eased out a bit! -
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/aston-villa-specials/next-permanent-manager Bookies have Martinez as their strong favourite as i post this, but favourites don''t always win the race.

what is the second result you look for.
Canarygeorge replied to the pigman's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Southend were the team i supported, until i was 15 years old and we moved to Norfolk in 1962. Always looked to see how they''re getting on. -
He''s a mate of Elliott Bennett, apparently. See this... https://twitter.com/#!/officialcwood

He made our 1st goal for Pilks today, and was a right handful, giving 100%. Not far off for man of the match.

Luckily for me, i''ve got Sky & i''m recording & watching the whole game, if it''s regarded as the best game of the day, or about one hour of highlights if it''s not regarded as the best game of the day, and better analysis afterwards too. Sorry if you can only get MOTD, but that''s a waste of time these days.

Kyle Naughton''s got the most Yellow cards, 7. Holty''s next, with 6. Dani Ayala has picked up 4 yellows in the few games he''s played.

How long is Vaughan out for now?
Canarygeorge replied to Ernie's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
With all his bad luck with injuries you would think Vaughany would steer clear of backing horses. Now he''s done his brains on slow horses @ cheltenham. -
Chris Gunter to Norwich?
Canarygeorge replied to Yellow Messiah's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Lol Broardstairs, i was just wondering myelf, was he caught speeding out of Norfolk or coming back to Norfolk? -
