2. This always cheers me up too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zHp5kCdR35M
3.   Don''t know if you saw these before. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QImV0vOFHA
4. The "Admiral" Michael Nelson, on the bench for Bradford. Would have been good to see him come on to shore up the defence for the last 10 minutes or so.
5.
Yes, it was Peter Simpson.
When our family moved to Southtown (Yarmouth) in 1962, Mike Bailey (Charlton & Wolves) lived next door to us, and Dave Stringer (Norwich) and Peter Simpson (Arsenal) lived just up the road. When we moved to Caister, i was mates with Dale Gordons dad, Ray Gordon, they lived in the next road.
6. Gary Hooper‏@HOOP588 Thanks Adidas for my new boots.. http://lockerz.com/s/278235694 View photoHide photo Reply RetweetedRetwe
7.
Thought Ryan Bennett was our record transfer fee?? It was undisclosed but thought to be £3.75m. Anyone know?
Bassong probably cost more than Ashton & R. Bennett.
8. Yeah, i''ve been lmao at their tweets for about a week now, hilarious. It wouldn''t surprise me if was the same guy or guys that also tweet as Big Granty Holt & Mad MarcTierney. Unfortunately some people take them as the real thing, although seeing fans of 1pSwich, Swansea, Leeds, etc thinking they are having a go at Holty, when it''s only a parody account is funny too.
9. Honestly, some of the posts on here are ridiculous at the best of times, but when it gets to transfer window time this message board goes crazy every time! We have a certain transfer budget, and we have an excellent scouting network that are working throughout the year, to identify who we should be looking to sign, within our budget, but still we get people believing that we are going to sign so and so from wherever, according to the media, or we should sign so and so because he scores shedloads on Football Manager. Get real, guys and girls, i love football manager games and fantasy football leagues as much, if not more, than the next guy, but please, let the professionals at the club do what they''re paid to do, they haven''t failed us yet. Back their judgement, and i''m sure we''ll be fine. We are improving leaps and bounds each season, and long may it continue. OTBC!!!
10. How dare you 2 come on here posting positive stuff when you haven''t even got 10,000 posts to your names! Only joking, Happy New year to you both, but no doubt you''ll soon see the usual suspects hi jacking the thread to carry out their attention seeking doom mongering and forum fighting with each other, when most of us only have the best interests of Norwich City Football Club at heart. I myself, sadly can''t get to games now, because of illness, much as i''d love to. I''ve supported City since 1962, what''s that, 50 years? I''ve supported the club through highs and lows in that time, but have always supported the club. Players and managers come and go, but true supporters stay with City through thick and thin. Some clowns on here think if you can''t get to every game you''re not a proper supporter, but there are so many fans of our great club that through illness, financial reasons, or living too far away just can''t get to games, not even mentioning the fact there is a 1,700+ waiting list for season tickets which puts even more potential people off applying for a season ticket, or that casual fans think they can''t see the games that they want to see, because they are probably "full house, sold out" I saw, a few years ago, that there were probably 350,000 to 400,000 people in the world that support City to varying degrees, and it''s probably fair to say after the events of the last 3 or 4 years, and increased worldwide coverage, those figures might well be more like 500,000 fans of varying degrees these days, we''re massive! I''m not one for jumping on the players or managers backs after we lose a few games, it hurts them even more than us fans, it''s their future that suffers if they don''t perform well, so get behind them all. As for transfer speculation, i know it''s the nature of the football fan to dream up all sorts players we should be trying to buy, or believing all the gossip that''s in the media, but it''s only the people at the club, for example, our extensive scouting network, our excellent manager, and brilliant chief executive and directors that can realistically sign new players, not gossip columns. Best wishes to all true City fans, whether you can get to games or not. Hopefully, this time next season we will be at least as successful as we have been in the last 2 seasons, and maybe a little bit higher. C''mon!!!!!!!!! 3points!!!!!!!!!!!
11. What price McKauley to score an "own goal" for us again today? I think he''s "scored" 5 or 6 already for us over the years. Here''s hoping he keeps up his tradition.
12. Hulty tweeted the following, 49 minutes ago.......... Grant holt ‏@Grantholt31 Training done now back to Carlisle see the family. All the best to the boys today. #3points
13. Holty tweeted from Yarmouth dogs tonight that he and a few of the lads have gone to watch one of the Steve Morison & Grant Holt racing club''s dogs run. Their dog, Norfolk Canary, ran from trap 3 and finished 4th, @ 11/8 favourite. I can smell burnt fingers! http://www.steveandgrantsracingclub.co.uk/
14.
As for Norwich, their upward mobility becomes increasingly difficult to fathom. Their starting XI is ostensibly no better than Championship standard, with the possible exceptions of Bassong and Javier Garrido, formerly of Roma and yet they continue to defy all doubters. On Sunday they stood level on points with Liverpool. A bit harsh I thought.
Apart from the fact that he never played for Roma, but Lazio, probably written by a bitter Binner or bitter Leeds fan, who has littele hope of watching their favourite team in the Prem in the near future!
15.
No, I mean 2/1....
Yep, Ginge is right, BoyleSports offered 2/1 to first time betters on their Online football site, hoping to drum up more Online customers. Just have the one bet and don''t go back there anymore
16. I know it doesn''t guarantee a win, but all the betting money is on us to win today. It''s the most confident i''ve felt all season. C''mon you yellows!  http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/norwich-v-sunderland/winner Blue shaded odds is odds shortening, pink shaded odds, lengthening.
17. Loads of empty seats at the Villa v Reading game too. You can hear individual people talking.
18. Ayala has been out injured (again!) but he was on the bench at the weekend, and again on the bench tonight. Vaughan has been injured for a couple of months (again!) Last i heard, a few weeks ago, he was going for a 2nd scan on his current injury.
19. Holty and Moro are partners in greyhound ownership. Muskerry messi (won @ 9/2 and Ard bolt ran in the same race, and finished 1st & 3rd. missy kissy won the last race @ 11/8. From Holty''s Twitter Grant holt ‏@Grantholt31 3 of our dogs running at Yarmouth tonight. Ard bolt. Muskerry messi and missy kissy have a watch or a flutter. Still only young dogs Expand 16h chris sellex ‏@chrissellex @Grantholt31 do you solely own the dogs ? Or syndicate? 20.
Lineker looks like he''s going to burst his shirt buttons.
That''ll be the Walkers crisps then, very bad for ya health
21. From the clubs official Twitter. Good news. Norwich City FC ‏@NorwichCityFC Hughton: ''Javier Garrido and Michael Turner are fit ahead of Saturday''s game at @ReadingFC'' Also, Russ Martin hasn''t trained this week, but is close. (whatever that means)
22. I''m watching it now, it''s on until 11:15, Bondy, Ken Brown & Ronny Boyce. Some brilliant and funny stories.
23. Vaughny got man o the match champers, well done the lad.
24. An eventful first half for Vaughny then, an assist for the first goal, then a headed goal himself, followed by a booking for a rash challenge on Gilks just before half time. Better get him subbed before he gets injured!!!!
25. Yeah, unfortunately they''re not showing it after all. Apparently Norwich are playing well, but trail at half time to a Sanchez Watt goal.
