  1. Say what you like about Bennett, but rest assured he will be part of a Premier League squad next season. Both he and Ruddy, deemed not fit for purpose, will be having the last laugh....
  2. Completely self-inflicted. Have had more opporunity than most, in recent times, to establish themselves in the PL - blown the lot. Far more likely to be playing League 1 football than PL in the foreseeable future....
  3. Pritchard will be off before the week is out, and Maddison will be gone in the summer. Once Klose and Tettey exit the door we will have a squad barely good enough to compete in next season’s relegation battle. The future looks bright.
  4. It shows just how bad things have become whereby a performance that failed to trouble the opposing keeper is regarded as ‘quality’. Football is all about winning, and you can’t win unless you score goals. So impotent have we become, that the only two out an£ out stickers in the squad are no longer deemed fit fo4 purpose. No longer reliable for scoring goals, Norwich now put out a team containing eight defensive players so as not to concede. With Pritchard and Maddison long gone before the start of next season, this current regime will have ensured that Norwich’s long earned reputation for good football and attacking intent will be firmly confined to the refuse bin, along with copious employees.
  5. ''Alternatively, these "carp" players are actually helping inflate JM''s quality in the eyes of the statistically naive ...........''Unintelligible response.Think before you type.
  6. According to the Coventry Telegraph, JM has created more chances so far this season than any other player from the top five leagues in Europe..... So if we didn’t already know it :- 1) He should become Norwich City’s highest ever selling transfer fee. 2) He’s currently playing with a bunch of carp footballers who are consistently failing JM’s talent.
  7. It rather looks as though Farke will be going all-out for three 0-0 draws, which no doubt will be deemed three excellent results. Are Norwich the only Championship side to have just two strikers in their squad? I use the word ‘strikers’ loosely, as both players appear pretty clueless when it comes to knocking a football into the net.
  8. It is hard to believe a football club/team can become so hopeless/gutless in such a short space of time.... Legendary.
  9. A fine Christmas present for Norwich City fans - 45 minutes of football that confirms we are a lot worse than many Norwich supporters care to admit to.........
  10. Unfortunately the season isn’t over........ ....Norwich are fast finding themselves in a relegation battle.
  11. Never mind that we’re 2-0 down..... ...is Jerome working the channels well?
  12. Do we really need to have two defensive midfielders baby-sitting the defence when playing at home? Results are suggesting Norwich need a different approach to formation and tactics at Carrow Road.
  13. Unfortunately, the youngster scoring two goals from the bench will have the ''meeja'' wetting their pants, and will deflect the spotlight from the cheat wearing black. You''d like to think there is a referee''s panel that would decide that he''s ''not fit for purpose'', and that he''ll be picking up his p45 next week, but they all get away with this outrageous bias time and time again.
  14. He is already proving to be a better player than Hoolahan, although I doubt we will ever get the long term loyalty and service that Hoolahan has offered. Spectacular goals from Hoolahan are a collector''s item, Maddison has hit two in a week, with undoubtedly plenty more to come.
  15. I''m not sure how other teams have fared, but Farke must be leading the running for September, particularly following August'' results. Hope he can smash the curse afterwards.....
  16. Very impressive. I wouldn''t call that ''not pretty'', the Norwich players show a lot of confidence in possession and knocked it around tonight very effectively.
  17. First Norwich goal from a free-kick for 99 games!?!?!? First goal Reading have scored this season in a first-half - we might have guessed where that record was going tonight....
  18. Very considerate of Sky not to bother with any pre-match build-up..... Is that a first?
  19. His reputation enhanced by the occasional spectacular goal, Howson is one of those footballers whose reputation far exceeds their ability. There were many NCFC supporters who thought he should be club captain......... Deluded.
  20. We played seven defensive players, at home, against a team who have so far conceded an average of over two goals per game, and had managed to score just four goals in six games. We now play a style of possession football that anybody who purports to be a professional footballer, should be capable of. Passing sideways to one of your own teammates shouldn''t even be beyond the capability of Tettey. 0 - 0 offers nothing to be proud of.
  21. Hanley in for Vranic, Reed in for Hoolahan, and go all out for a clean sheet against newly promoted Sheffield United?
  22. Seven matches into the season and Garry Monk would appear to have found Howson''s ideal position - the bench. Just 28 minutes on the pitch over the past two games would suggest that '' our Jonny'' has already started to '' go missing'' up North...... One of the best players in the Championship? My a**e.....
  23. Mission accomplished...the defence didn''t concede a goal.
  24. As we now set up with two defensive midfielders to protect our untrustworthy defenders, it is hardly surprising we are limited going forward.
