1. I''ve always liked both the home and away kits, a shame we only have them for one season.
 2.
No, I would assume as it is short term that it would have a recall clause, at his age he doesn''t need to be included in the declared squad list for the PL. Just experience that he badly needs me thinks.
Oh yeah, completely forgot about that.
 3. Has gone on loan to SPL side Hibernian untill June. Will be good for him to get some more experience and first team games under his belt. Also am I over analysing but is this also a way of making space for some extra additons in the squad?
 4.
Just voted.
same here [Y]
 5. If the reports are to believed that both us and Swansea want to sign him, then unless Swansea offer him a much bigger wage or transfer fee than what we are prepared to pay, we may have an advantage in that both Crofts and Bennett have come from Brighton and have settled in well, which could sway Bridcutt to pick us over them. Of course, that''s all depending on whether Brighton are prepared to sell in the first place.
 6. He''s going to Colney to scream Bradley Johnson -calling him a cheat and when he''s finished, he''s going to give Grant Holt Ipswich Crazy''s speech ''Grant Holt - you''re going to hell''!
 7.

I would love to see us sign him, and id imagine that if the right price was offered Malkay would recomend us ahead of West Ham or Brom. But thats the key, the right price in january for a settled and valued player at a club is always going to cost an arm and a leg. I think that any player would take the opputinity to step up, yet it speaks volumes when they arnt constantly in the press trying to force that move. Wittingham is keeping his head down and playing well for a good team... that for me makes him a very attractive prospect. There are still other alternatives I feel if we are looking for the creative midfielder role; Snodgrass, McGugan or even Kris Commons. Hopefully we might see the arrival of one of these to ''give the lads a hand'' as Lambert would say.
Why would Malkey reccomend us, did you go to Vickerage road last season, my respect for him went out the window that night he showed then he owe''s us nothing.
What did he do?
Nothing  any other manager wouldn''t do regarding the Multi ball system but he reallry milked the slowing down the time pluss he ranted od to the ref and tried to get Holt sent off
I can see where you''re coming from but I wouldn''t worry about that, if that''s his style in every other game then I wouldn''t expect him to change it because for us. At that time, his priority was getting a result for the club he was managing. If we ever happened to play one of Lambert''s clubs then I wouldn''t expect him to act any different; for example, if it was late in the game and we were searching for an equaliser or the winner and the ball went out of play and fell to Lambert and he showed no urgency to get the ball back like he normally does, I wouldn''t be too pleased.

 9.
I can see where you are coming from Alysha but doesn''t that show how a footballer simply cannot win sometimes. If players demand to leave club they are accused of being greedy and if they stay they are accused of lacking ambition. Sometimes for one reason or another a player really enjoys being at a club. He is settled at Cardiff by the looks of things and they are progressing nicely under a very talented young manager. Darren Huckerby is meant to have turned down moves to Celtic and Liverpool amongst others while he was at Norwich. That did not make him any less ambitious or driven in my eyes.
I completely agree with you, I wasn''t criticising Whittingham for having no ambition, I respect his loyalty. What I meant was that if it is true that Whittingham doesn''t want to leave Cardiff, than he is possibly not the right player for Norwich City; who knows the  truth though, he may just be trying to keep his club happy whilst behind close doors thinking that he would leave Cardiff if the right club and contract offer came along. A bit like Tierney saying he would never leave Colchester for Norwich City, after moving to us he admitted that obviously that statement was false but he didn''t want  to rock the boat at his current club.
 10. I''ve also heard that he doesn''t want to leave Cardiff, how true this is I don''t know, but if it is true then it begs the question of should we really be persuing a player who doesn''t have the hunger to play Premiership football with us?
 11.
Anyone know what number we are
16 I think
 12. When the day comes that Lambert goes to another club, I should hope it will be to a better club than QPR. I always said that when he goes I will just be thankful for job he has done here, but after all the controversy, debates and piss taking that has taken place between the two sets of supporters, I don''t think I could stand it if he went there.
 13.
Pilks and Tierney both leaving Norwich in this transfer window? Don''t believe that for one second.
...Well, I''m sure they''ll leave the city, but not the club [:)]
 14. Pilks and Tierney both leaving Norwich in this transfer window? Don''t believe that for one second.
 15. I''m looking forward to the return of James Vaughan, if he can keep himself fit it will be a like a new signing.
 16.
I thought forrest fans loved Holt, he was POTS wasn''t he? It was the manager who didn''t like Holt/play him correctly.
Yeah, if I remember rightly - Holt won POTS when playing in his natural position, however he then started to play on the wing and obviously wasn''t performing particularly well, some fans were ignorant whilst some accepted that Holt playing on the wing was never going to be ideal. I don''t think his attitude was ever questioned.
 17.
Just had a look on SkyBet and noticed some odds regarding Lambert.   20/1 to become next Tottenham manager. 25/1 to become next Manchester United manager.   Obviously would never want him to leave, but the fact he is even listed on there is real testement to his work he has done here.   http://www.skybet.com/betting/football/manager-specials/t10002896.html
Hear hear, a big well done to Mr Lambert and not forgetting Culverhouse and Karsa as well as the lads who have been terrific for him! [<:o)]
 18.
That would be a pretty good deal JC. Wasn''t it only £2-2.5 million they want for McGugan? Bargain from what i''ve seen of him. (Especially considering Lambert seems to be able to get the best out of quite a lot of the players he''s bought)
One of my friends is a Forest fan and said he thought McGugan could move on to a club like us in this transfer window and said he hopes he does leave Forest. I thought he may just of said that so I couldn''t have a laugh if he did leave his club for ours, so I had a quick look on their forum to get a general consensus and most of them can''t wait to see the back of him and think he could go for less than the figure you suggested. They are fed up with his bad attitude, lack of effort and sulking and is not a player they want at their club ''when the chips are down''. As I said on a different thread, this makes me wonder if he is a Lambert type of signing, then again Lambert may bring out the best in him.   http://www.forestforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=29867
 19. I thought it was odd how Chris Martin went through a spell of starting games but then got dropped and not even making the bench in most games with Wilbraham the preffered option; Martin wasn''t injured as he was still playing reserve games. I hope he still has a future with us, he is a gifted footballer but with a troubled past; hopefully he is over this now though and proves why he was so highly rated as a youngster. I do feel though that above League 1, his style of play is more suited to an advanced, attacking midfield role as opposed to a striker. Does anyone know which positon Martin has been playing at Palace? As I wonder if that''s the reason behind his loan move - to get more experience in that position. If not, it just seems slightly odd that he was loaned out in the first place, with Wilbraham on the bench; no disrespect to Wilbraham but I believe Martin could make more of an impact if needed.
 20. Set to stay at Palace for another month - http://www.eatsleepsport.com/index.aspx
 21. His comments on Johnsosn were verging on slanderous. Last week it was RVP and the new victim today is Grant Holt. The man is an embarrassment and a liar and it''s about time the FA pulled him up on his comments. Why is it unacceptable for a manager to criticise officials, yet they can make up lies about players and get away with it?
 22. I''d start Lappin in the next game again and put the £5million on him as first goal scorer. Just think, if it came off, we would be richer than Man City! Happy days.
