1.
"have tried to ''bully me'' off here for years...its still not working...and never will!"No, they just wait till you throw a huff and storm off vowing never to come back ...... ...............................until you reappear with another attack on City ps how come your posts only seem to be attacking the club in some way - I wonder what your reason for not liking our club is ?
See what I find odd is how someone with ''In lambert I trust'' at the bottom of his page, seems to be suggesting that we are naive in the players were signing. So much has been said about how Lambert is extremely particular in his signings, so why do you not TRUST Lambert and the board to have secured a player who wants to be a Norwich player. Or are you suggesting that Lambert is naive and unaware of what the players he signs truly wants.Oh and before I get some bile of a retort about how you do back him... werent you the one that was slating Morrison and saying he was off and not wanting to be a Norwich player. Awfull of Lambert to be so short sighted with that one, signing a player that wants out, or trying to sign a player who wants out before hes even joined. If you dont want people having ago stop stiring up trouble and sensationilism.
2. Oh good grief, Wiz you are the Daily Star of this message board with your sensationalism headlines for the titles of your thread:''Howson wants to stay at Leeds''Where in any of you ''evidence'' does it suggest that he does... a post from one of the nutters on waccos! Has he come out in public and said this himself? Or the fake twitter account, the one of two fake acounts as Leeds players are banned from having twitter, something the club captain would surely have followed. No doubt 4 or 5 months ago at the start of negotiations for his contract at Leeds he probably did want to stay, but seeing how he has ambition... ambition enough to move away from his boyhood club, its become very very apparent from what Leeds and Grayson have said that he is NOT staying. He was at the game yesterday and watched his future club put on an excellent performance against a champions league team... frankly if your crazy ramblings and unsubstantiated were true Lambert an Mcnally wouldnt touch him with a barge poll and quite right too.
3. What the fuck. did Hansen even watch the game... Chelsea dominated and Norwich second best through out? joke of a pundit, cant wait for us to stay up and prove these smug gits wrong
4. Would be funny to see barton in a relegated side... for the second time.
5. Every player does have their price, and the importance of Holt to not only the starting 11 but also the dressing room is something that would not be let go of for anything less than a vast amount of money... like a truely stupid amount of money for a player in his 30''s. I''d imagine that they may test the water with maybe a £3.5 or even go as high as £4 million, but frankly I think we wouldnt even bother picking up the phone for less that £6m, probably more. Its seems mad, but we have no need to sell, he is settled and has a long contract and frankly I just dont think Rangers quite understand what it would take to crowbar him out!
6. If it hadnt already been filled I think he would have been a shoe-in for Leicester.
7. Still excellent value for money when in contrast to other clubs, I fully believe we will be in the top flight and no doubt the club think that and are pricing acordingly. No doubt there will be those who complain, bring up the old ticketing policy.. the same policy that nearly put the club into administration while also preventing us from showing ambition with regards to players. In an ideal world the prices would stay the same, but in reality football is an expensive game and I think that the low increase shows that the club are trying to maintain the competitve edge and keep everything ok with regards to finances, while not spiking the fans with a huge increase.
8. I was at Elland road that night, sickening moment when we had made Leeds look like school boys for the entire match.. that was the night I think when I thought we were good enough to win the league. As for Forster I still dont get it; unproven at Championship and Premire league level.... we now have a keeper who is exactly that, and only going to get better with age and experience. Id rather see the money go somewhere else, some people need to move on!
9. Excellent news coming from Lambert today, just needs to get match fit again. Hopefully this will be as good as a new signing if he can get back into the sqaud for the start of Feb!
10. http://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/sport/leeds-united/latest-whites-news/leeds_united_local_lad_howson_was_always_destined_for_top_1_4156611An artical about Howson in the Yorkshire Evening post, describes how he started out as a striker but in the last few seasons has been converted into an attacking midfielder. Looks like Wes is going to have some competition!
11. Someone with some real pace, up front or on the wings. Think thats still something we lack!
12. What 15 million Samba wanted by PSG and Spurs... must be a done deal by now.
13. Not a sight or sound of him here at Asda, though Carl Court has very kindly be pushing my trolly round for me whill Ameobi gets the pick n mix!
14.
Very, very unlikely. Wenger has said he won''t be loaning out Chamerblain as he is needed in the first team while Gervinho is at the ACON. Arsenal have 3 wide player available at the moment - one being Arshavin. Chamerblain will only be loaned out if someone else is brought in during January.
With Arsenal still needing to buy quality I think it might be quite likely they will get someone in... perhaps this might be happening, would certainly welcome some serious pace in our team!
15. Very happy with the prospect of this, hopefully everything will be settled up, no doubt he will be on the phone to Bradley who will probably help convince him this is the right move! As for the player, I view him as a similar player to Scott Parker, box to box and a play maker but also more than happy to get stuck in and score. In all honesty when I heard the rumour I though it was rubbish as he is a Leeds local lad and captain... very astute of us if this is finalised!
16.
I love the ''I thought the school holidays had finished'' comment, you do realise that kids have access to the internet outside of the school holidays? But as for the OP, must be the most entertaining and funny post i''ve ever read, I think we should appoint you king of the Pinkun immediately.
Urm yeah.. I dont actually think its a school child, I was implying... oh forget it!
17. Almost as original as the pictures of signs joke.I thought school holidays had finished?
18. My opinion is this; he isnt currently the best CB at the club and frankly he has to work hard and get back into the managers plans. He needed to cut out the mistakes and improve the qaulity of his passing out from the back. He has featured in Lamberts plans and so Lambert has shown faith, but now he needs to get his head down and work for that place. If its true and hes not happy with being left out then frankly he can leave, you make the 11 on the performances not on what has or hasnt happened in previous seasons.
19. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16564469.stmA Mr Steve Morison up front with Torres... maybe we should make Chelsea an offer?
20. But Lambert is going to Liverpool next season to manage.... shame for the scoussers its with Norwich.OH SNAP!
21. Come home Dani!!!! I rated him, and though young and lacking in experience, he showed vision, class and the potential to develop further. Whats more is that he loved his time here and in some ways is now a fan of the club... you cant buy that sort of comitment. SIGN HIM UP!
22. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsHGpruYJh0There we go the old youtube montage, thats how most people judge the quality of a player these days right? [;)]
23. Fair enough, i thought you were refering to finances! Personally im basing my opinion of his record at Derby, Stoke and Forrest, but also in particular his performance against us, looked very classy on the ball and I feared he was going to create something everytime he picked up the ball around the box.
24.
I''ll have some of whatever you are on........
Its an SPL player, not Messi. And we have money to spend as opposed to last January with only a Championship budget
