I don''t really agree that Man U, Man C, Chelsea etc have a regular line up. They seem to change just as much. Maybe not the centre backs or keeper, but every other position is up for grabs. As for us - it keeps every player on their toes, and for teams like Bolton last week, would not have being planning their week knowing Holt was going to be on bench. So keeps opposition teams guessing!
