1.
Club Foot by Kasabian was messed up last year. They should have played the beginning rift on loop...but they let the song die..... It sounds awesome on Sky now!
Exactly !!!!  ( note to op)
 2.
What is it at the moment? the only reason i have brought this up is that my dad came in earlier saying that the Black Eyed Peas - I gota Feeling - would be a good tune, and i agree! Its annoying that we seem to have a new tune each match where as all other teams have one and stick with it (but it was a good decision to get rid of CLUB FOOT)!!
WRONG !
 3.
Keep him, good enough back-up if not starter. Who else do we have if Aksou/Nelson gets injured?
keep him ...nelson is shit
 4.
I have heard that in the early days of Kevin Keelans stay at Norwich, the players were so poorly paid that some of them took on jobs during the summer to make ends meet and that he was one of them. Can anyone confirm this ? maybe some of you even worked with him , it would be interesting to confirm that this practice carried on as late as the 60''s as I know that it was true of much earlier times.
Yes he was a bricklayer in the summer months . He had a building firm later , which was keelan and hilditch, later taken over by john hilditch when Keelan went to florida I think
 5.
MOM awards are based on that one performance. Last night he was as good as anyone. No reason not to give it to him.
Exactly.......................its what it is Man of the Match !
 6.
Hard to see how Bristol Rovers is a sterner test than Charlton. I''d say it''s a similar kind of test to MK Dons away. Aside from that, I do agree it''s a good test for us, I also think that we will win. A tight match, but a win.
Bristol have won 4 out of 5 away games !! pretty stiiff opposition
 7.
We cant score, we cant win. we''re gunna be in this league for a good few years i fear
T****R !
 8.

Still stand by what I said at HT. Was just the same in the second half. Should have played Holt through but took too many touches by which time Holt was offside. Those who understand football and don''t just watch on the radio must surely agree with me? I don''t question that he''s got quality, he just doesn''t do the simple things well.
I agree the people watching on the radio, are clearly extremely dumb.
I sit 3 rows back in the barclay...you should see how wasteful he is from there ! On the f*****g radio my arse......................he might as well have a plastic right leg...mind you ...why on earth was he playing on the right ???? He was constantly trying to get the ball on his left foot...............that must be the managers fault surely ?
 9.
were 14 in lge 1 1 point of the relegation zone
BINNER ! ! ! !
 10. two tickets ..................guess which ...........and................where !
 11.

i have been critical of hoolahan in the past but today him and russell were both superb.well done wes
Very true! Hoolahan didn''t do his usual trick of beating a player then trying to beat him again and again and lose the ball. He did lose the ball a number of times but his good work far outweighed the bad stuff! Russell also done well and looks over his "I don''t want to play in League 1" atitude!
I agree about Russell ....but I saw Hoolihan lose the ball , while trying to dribble round too many players far more than a few times .......i still dont rate him, he is another Ian henderson...and will fade and disappear, I just hope we can sell him before he does .
 12. Hello yella...i did not realise it was you on the pa...or i would have said HI !  I was standing quite close at one time. It was a good day , and nice to see Chris and his Dad holding the trophy after the match. Keep up the good work......:)
 13. There  is a memorial game in memory of my sister Jane Icke  who died last year, she helped with the club until shortly before she passed away. So , I am pleased  tosee it mentioned here. Thank you.
 14.
Cody Mcdonald has hardly been tried i don''t think. I want to see a solid 90-minutes from the lad for a run of 3-4 games. I really do think he can turn around and score 15+ goals this season for us. The moment he came on today in an extremely dull game he got himself into chances that Cureton wouldn''t be able to do in a million years. Really am concerned that Lambert can''t see that Jamie is well past his sell by date and doesn''t offer anything that Martin/McDonald don''t...   Forster/Otsemobor/Askou/Nelson/Drury/Smith/Hughes/Russell/Lappin/Holt/McDonald     Or play a tight 3-man midfield with Hoolahan in the hole role behind the strikers...  I am a big anti-Otsemobor fan but today he rarely made a mistake, however if i was manager i would be more comfortable playing Spillane down the right.
? So you rate hoolihan and mcdonald....and then Nelson ???? Oh dear me ..........................two of your three were played yesterday and were rubbish...............thank goodness headless hoolihan didn''t play as well.....we would probably have lost.
 15.
Curo and cody have both been tried and found wanting. Martin is a possibility,  the only other realistic option is Hoola
Martin yes .....................hoolihan definitely not.........................two words................................"headless" and "chicken"
 16.
I agree with most of that appart from that we don''t rely on Holt to much, we rely on teams giving us the space to play full stop. The reason for that is that without a pacey player to threaten in behind the oppo back four they can hold a reletively high line and stifle midfield and stop teams playing. Askou seems to play better alongside Spillane for me, he tends to do as is advised and Spillane seems to be the only centre back that wants to pass it out from the back.
I agree with you chicken..................Spillane would be a far better starting option............and i think that chris martin is worth a few games also....this done ......we still have a small problem in mid field, a good Russell would probably make the difference, along side Hughes. Only my opinion !
 17.
i actually thought cureton did ok again today linked up play well and put a few decent balls across the box which he must have wished he had been on the end off, about the only time we got crosses in. wasnt that impressed with cody to be honest one good run where should have had a free kick for shirt pull but the other times had same problem as cureton and that was beating 6 6 guys in the air, also held onto the ball too long at times when he could have played people in surprised he subbed mcveigh as thought all good things went through him
Everybody sees a different game , I actually agree with you matt, cureton was the only player who looked like he might score or create a chance for another to score, as for Macdonald, I am not convinced by him  at all yet, holt looks slow, unable to judge his timing when jumping for a header, and the two small strikers where actually more likely to win the headers today. As for the posters who call cureton  "barn door"...........does that now apply to holt?
 18. YES !!!! Definitely...................absolutely no doubt in my mind that the actions of these two was what got us the most coverage we have had on all sports reports nationwide. This in turn I believe was the final straw for even the "lets be avin you " ....''one'' , this sort of bad publicity was more than someones ego could take. I will feel grateful to these two men , who are in fact martyrs to the cause......................banned indefinitely ? far too harsh in my opinion, and I personally think it shopuld have been for a few games , at worst for this season.
 19. If you have only a  five minute delay ,,,you are lucky !! Infont of me are a group who regularly arrive , leave , arrive leave , a good ten minutes after or before each interval, it does matter about standing up , because often its when you miss a vital part of the game. I agree with another poster....I wish these peolpe would stay in the pub, after all they actually miss half the game !
 20.
PS:  and Kevin Keelan by the way, a class above all those so far mentioned (my opinion).
yes ....Kevin Keelan ........still have etched in my mind a one handed save from A Peter Osgood shot ayt a cold Stamford bridge , we stood in the shed  and çouldn''t contain our selves ,,,everyone just looked at us amazed ! Then we had to hitch a lift home  ...those were the days !
 21.
i think cody as at least hes getting chances unlike cureton
I thought all you armchair canaries thought Cureton missed all the chances and that is why you all slate him????????????????? Every otherstriker we have misses as many, so why do they deserve more chances ? Don''t get the critiscism on this board......Cureton did not have many games last season , he will do well with holt ....maybe mc donald for the last 30 mins ................................imo
 22.
Does anyone know of any stylists in the city that could pull it off?
I dont think you need a "stylist " !!!! Do it your self .....................it looks like he does !! hahahah
 23. One word .....................................DELUDED !!!
