1. A really good article and it puts in to perspective how lucky we are!It also goes to show there are far more important things to spend your day worrying about than who we''re going to sign  and who controls our club!
2.
Resign, walkaway and find yourself a club with ambition. I don''t think one City fan would blame you!.
I would.  There you go there''s one.
3. I get quite fed up with the sensational headlines we have to put up with on this site!!Now every man and his dog wants a protest and i must admit i''m pi$$ed off too but sometimes it''s important to get different points of view so i left this site as we all know the view of 90% of people on here have a certain point of view and went to Rick Waghorns site. It made a refreshing change to read two articles that looked like they''d undertaken some research.I''m not happy with how things have gone i just think these two articles make interesting reading.....http://norwichcity.myfootballwriter.com/full_article.asp?i=3688http://norwichcity.myfootballwriter.com/full_article.asp?i=3692
4.

One of my favourite memories from the 92/93 season was John Polston scoring in a 1-0 victory over Villa at Carrow Road, It was between us, Villa and United at the time. Sadly, this pretty much put Manchester United on course to win the title. I believe Polston''s son was born the same day too. Also a trademark Gossy volley against Leeds, I think we won 4-0 or 4-1.
That Villa game was quite possibly the most tense an atmosphere I have felt at Carrow Road. The noise was immense. The out-poring of tension and relief when Polston scored (83rd minute or something like that) was incredible. Didn''t Manure turn up a week (or so) later and trounce us 3-1? This was the game when Cantona back heeled JP in full view of everyone bar the ref!
I don''t want to be picky but the game where Cantona backheeled Polsten was an FA Cup game the following season.
5. Best away day ever has to be the scum away when we won the Championship!!2-0 we beat the scum 2-0He scored against the scum, he scored another one Mackenziehave we f**ked you christmas up?Top of the league at Portman Road etc etcThen getting back to Norwich and seeing all the players celebrating in Delaneys and singing all the songs with us!!Now that was an away day!!
6.
a man of responsibility and power at carrow road recently told my old man ( a former employee at carra rood) that the cameras will be trained on me next time I go after making comments about his abilities on this message board.I''m sure he''s joking as he aint seen me since I was 16 but never the less, big brother is watching, careful what you write!!!!
I''m glad you finished with ''i''m sure he''s joking'' mate as that is the biggest wind up ever!!  There are so many reasons this isn''t happening it''s untrue and i''m not about to start listing them but the data Protection Act is a start!!  I don''t like this board too much at the moment but something tells me they''ve not started acting like the SS or any other undercover operation!!!
7. I''ve just heard on the rumour grapevine that Elvis isn''t dead.  He''s actually living with Lord Lucan in Swaffham!
8. I remember being at some friends in Essex for the 1st game of the 92/93 season.  One was an Everton fan and one a West Ham fan and i was getting the usual little ol'' Norwich jibes especially when we were 2-0 down.We then decided to watch MOTD without knowing any of the scores.  I was going mental as i watched the goals and robins lob to seal it was something else!!As the song went ''Two nil down, Four two up, Marky Robins super sub!!''
9.

I don''t really care who''s money it is (bar terrorism!) fan or no fan... money is money at the end of the day...
So would you happy for a sex trafficer or a drugs baron to take over the helmship of CR?
Definitely!!!  It would be ideal if they did both though.
10. Ok so there are lots of people on here saying we need to splash the cash this summer and I agree the board need to dig deep or we could be in trouble again next season. Now being realistic what amount of spending would make people happy this summer??I think i''m being optimistic but if we spent between £3-4 million on 7/8 permanent signings and got some good loan players i''d be very happy.  I''d be suprised if we spent that much but I guess i''m just more interested to know what would make people on here happy??discuss
11.
this swashbuckling midfielder is just what we need in times of crisis like this
That''s the sort of post i''d expect to see from we8wba (very similar to his Gary Breen post)!!!  I''m starting to think you are one and the same person!!
12. I''ve gone for Chelsea to win in Extra Time at 11/1.  Man U were 9/1 bith good bets i think!!
13. Right so using this logic, that would make a player like Dean Ashton a poor signing for the premiership, just because he was relegated from the Premiership with us.   That''s just what i was going to say!!!  i bet West Ham fans are gutted they signed Greenie from a relegated club!!  He got their fans Player of The Season Award last week!!Can''t believe he wouldn''t get up with the soccerette on Soccer AM though!!!
14. For one of the first times ever i agree with Wiz!!!While i believe in freedom of choice and the right to do what you want i agree that middle aged men and older in replica shirts do look a bit sad!!  I don''t know why this is it''s just one of those things.  Although Wiz i do have to say you focus too much on the negative, why don''t you talk about football fans that look good in their kits like this..........................http://www.rascott.com/Blog%20Archive/viral_stripslide06.jpg
15.
i see other clubs have already gone for players to strengthen their squads but as per usual we have nobody as yet, and god knows we need more than most!!! so when do people think we will start to make some signings? i have my doubts as to whether we will get anyone!!!
Most other clubs???  I think QPR and a couple of other clubs have signed someone but most clubs?!?!  I don''t think so!
16. Maybe it''s the same three year plan that Derby had just before they got promoted.  The bloke can''t say anything without getting slated!!!
17. I used to live near Ian culverhouse in Old Catton. Top bloke!!
18. I usually come on two or three times a day but this is the first time i''ve been on today due to all the threads on the same subject.I think i''ll come back in a week by which time i should imagine there will be about 30 posts all on the same subject complaining about how we''ve not signed anyone yet!
19. The Cardiff goal in his last game on loan was my favourite!!
20. I think a charity event is a great idea maybe the NCISA could get their heads together??!
21. Good Luck Hucks without a doubt the best player we''ve had for the las t10 years maybe more!!  My mate texted me the news this morning and i was so pi$$ed off!!Personally i wont be going to the Greatest Ever Event at Carrow Rd as i think it''s a terrible way to honour our greatest 11 but something tells me you''ll be in that team and be the most popular player there on the day!!I would kill to see you play one last time for City.  You may think kill is extreme but i know an Ipswich fan very well so it really wont be an issue!!Hucks you are a legend good bye and good luck hope to see you back at the club in some capacity in the future.
