1. Well I certainly hope Stam isn''t one of the names Webber is looking at after this
2. With the amount of rebuilding particularly in defence needed this summer I wouldn''t be surprised if Whittaker is offered another year rather than spending cash on a back up right back that could be used for other positions
3. This is just so typically Norwich, isn''t it?
4.
Talk Dumb and Dumber into selling the club!
Bennett and McGovern own the club?!?
5. As I''ve seen nothing on here or the official site I was checking the TV guide last night and noticed our game is on Sky on Wednesday.
6. That when the new manager comes in he''s going to do what usually happens and see a left footed attacking player and stick Wes out on the left wing for half a dozen games before figuring out how to actually use him?
7.
Harry Redknapp? Neil Warnock? Woy Bodgson? Tom Smith? Some bloke from Wolves, with assistant from K.Lynn!😃
I actually wouldn''t mind Colin getting it, I''d certainly take him over some of the names being suggested
8. There used to be a guy that got up on the wall between the Barclay & Snakepit every time we scored and did a swimming celebration. Not sure how long he did this before I noticed from my vantage point in the Jarrold but once I did notice it seemed to happen every time we scored for the next 2 or 3 years but then seemed to stop once we were relegated to the 3rd tier and haven''t seen this since. Always wondered if he was one of the season ticket 2 and that''s why it hasn''t happened since?
9.
I don''t watch Sky anymore but it''s gotta be Merson. The guy can barely talk properly.
Having watched the attempt at highlights on Channel 5 the other week Clinton Morrison makes Paul Merson seem rather well spoken
10. My favourite poster used to be beaker but that''s going back a while. Whatever happened to Ginger Pele? Always used to say he was never posting on the board again then would reappear the next day. Also it''s been a while since I''ve seen anything from Bethnal.
11. I''m booing the mobile version of this forum that won''t let me quote properly!
12.
Nah, it''s definitely got to be someone''s fault or how are we supposed to boo the right people? And typically, as the old saying goes, whoever denied it supplied it, so i''m looking at you, westcoast. BOOOOO
Since when has it mattered that we find the right people to boo at? Surely if we don''t know who''s fault it is we just boo Whittaker? Or Russ? Or Seb?
13. The Football League Paper were reporting last month that we would be battling it out with Fulham in Jan to sign Sergi Enrich who would be allowed to leave for £4m. I know next to nothing about him or how reliable the FLP is. Knowing us we''ll spend £30m on 7 midfielders that barely ever play.
14. Can anyone else see a dodgy backpass on this slippery pitch being our downfall late on?
15. I would say Ivo but given the track record of players leaving immediately after winning POTS I really hope he doesn''t get it.
16. Rowett was sacked the same day as Brum appointed 2 new board members whose stipulation to joining allegedly was that they got in a high profile name as manager. Nothing more to it than that.
17. Seeing as I''m in Berlin it would have been rude not to go with the currywurst for tea tonight.
18. Worthy got the sack after City had stagnated and looked like we weren''t going to be competing for promotion that season. What followed was Peter Grant, Glenn Roeder, Bryan Gunn, some of the worst football I''ve seen in my time supporting the yellows and the infamous relegation to the third tier. Just some food for thought for those on here that have been calling for Neil''s head this season. We''re in nowhere near as bad a state as we were then and if we were to get rid anytime soon it''s not the fans that pick the manager, we could just as easily end up with Grant or Roeder mark 2.
19.
We neither do well away on the telly nor at molyneux in general - so it s not a fixture I expected much from anyway. It will all be about the character to bounce back from that defensive debacle and how serious Timms injury is. Assuming he is out (in if fit) I would leave the team as it started on weds with two exceptions. Recalling Ruddy & replacing howson with Wes as he simply does that role better. We barely stemmed newcastles flow by having Jonny in (which was the negative aim). I also struggle with us having Dorrans Tettey & Howson starting - its simply not a good combination Ruddy Pinto Martin Klose (bassong) Olsson Tettey Dorrans Jacob Wes Brady Jerome Subs McGovern, Bennett, Thompson, Howson, Pritchard, Josh, Oliveira,
Not a chance ZLF, I don''t think AN has ever dropped Howson for a league game has he? I''m starting to wonder if AN picks his first xi by choosing Howson plus ten names out of a hat. As for how we''ll do at Wolves, having been there before I''d say if all the away fans make it home without taking a kick in that will be a win of sorts.
20. Never mind the pen, what was Jerome aiming for with that follow up?
