grinding out a boring draw and boring the pants off everyone in the bargain isnt going to get us promoted so why the hell dont we just go for the throat ? most teams in this league are no better than us but playing 1 upfront sends out bad signals . with earnie and huckerby in the same side you would have though we could muster up a decent effort in 90 mins . boring boring norwich

dont think you are out of order at all . i travel a mere 40 miles but thats 40 miles too much for me on tue . im not goanna continue to watch this rubbish , and the 700 odd quid i spend on season tickets will come in handy im sure . grant should concentrate on getting the players heads right instead of having a go at us , after all how many clubs would like a 24000 average ? he''s only been here 5 minutes so hasn''t earned the right to criticise us .

i decided several weeks ago to jack it in . ive followed this club since about 1978/79 through good and bad but somethings wrong and although i cant put my finger on it , i dont want to keep going just on loyalty alone . this current crop of players dont seem to give a toss half the time so why should i ?

 i have to agree that the treatment he got yesterday was out of order , after all its our clown of a manager that bought him and continues to pick him over much better players . he does at least try , which is more than can be said of  dickson epoo poo .

not once has he come out and said he was sorry to the fans for such a terrible performance .

we didnt sing ONE song in the snakepit , it was like a libarary .

 it does strike me that we have the away fans in the largest stand and consequently more seats are lost because of the divide which seems daft especially when there has been people turned away many a game . i would  stick away fans in the lower river end which would then allow the jarrold to be all norwich .

[/quote] one upfront can work if you have the players ( which we dont ) , however it is and always will be a negative tactic which  sums worthy up to a tee .

i overheard some of the conversations and i have to say fair play to him , i cant imagine worthy doing the same . one person was asking why the hell we went to burnley in a must win game and played 1 upfront . the answer was that it worked at leeds !

because the teams we have been beating were either 1 ) out of  form or 2 ) just plain rubbish .

i also remember the sheff u 5-2 game . im pretty sure barham , biggins and mendham scored , ill have to dig out my old vids , ive got tons of them , going right back to 1984 ! my own personal fav would have to be totl@pr , if only because everything came together on one day after so many attempts at going top . perfect !

im sorry but this topic is well out of order . delia is a bigger fan than most of us and has put money into a club knowing full well she will never see it again , but even forgetting the money she has raised the profile of this club just by being on the board . we are lucky to have her .
