1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pot_CbDsX4Q IMO that''s a classic, videoed by me!
2. Well, as my new avatar points out, despite being a straight guy, my biggest other interest is the Irish group who''ve sold over 40million records, yes I''m afraid to say Westlife.  They are as important to NCFC are to me, without them or NCFC I don''t know what I''d do!  Seen them 4 times since March alone.  Sad but that''s the way I am - least I''m kind of different lol. Other things: Girls, pubbing, clubbing, seeing mates n that sorta thing lol.
3. That''s the first rumour I am sure is definitely true.
4. I remember the other week, Phil Scolari admitted he actively encourages his teams to simulate and stuff to get decisions in their favour (will go well at Chelski then).  That can''t help, are you really gonna disobey your manager?  Fair enough at a club if it bothered you enough you could leave, but are you really going to refuse to play for your country? I''m not defending players at all, they stil don''t have to and it is disgusting how they''re all just a load of wimps (I wouldn''t even say that, since they know they not injured they just cheating), but if you''re under pressure from your manager must make it hard.  It''s also just the nature of other leagues, maybe it''s always happened but just not generally here. Another argument, but with the amount of money involved in the game today and the pressure to win, is it surprising that teams will try to gain an advantage by whatever means necessary?  Is it surprising manager''s encourage players to cheat, when at the end of the day their job is constantly on the line, we know how fine the line is between success and failure these days?
5. If it didn''t further reduce the money available for the manager, expand the stadium further - but not at the expense of players. And get rid of the OTBC at the start like CA says, we''re not bloody children I dread to think what other teams think!  We don''t/shouldn''t need someone to start it.
6. How do you know it''s a bad decision?  Has next season started yet?  Thought not!
7. For goodness sake, get over it.  Huck''s has been released he''s not coming back to play for us, end of story.  He''s a legend but he''s gone. Of course we will see someone as good again, we''ve had several greats over the years - Sutton, Peters, etc etc and we will have more in the future!
8. In the Wchair space in block J, next to the steps between J and K
9. I thought he was ok, didn''t really stand out but he is young and lightweight with no real first team experience before, he''s definitely talented though.  I wouldn''t mind having him back - increases our options, but then if he didn''t come wouldn''t be fussed either.  He certainly weren''t the worst player last season!
10. Agreed Branston. Sol Campbell joined Arsenal for free and then Portsmouth for free - I suppose some would say he''s rubbish too. Maybe because people see free and that they''ve not heard of him to assume they''re rubbish.  Like Kevin Doyle of Reading was not free I accept (80k) but was unknown!
11.
I hope we steer well clear of him.
Now Wizzy, who would you like us to sign?  Everyone we''ve been linked with you haven''t wanted!
12. "cheap bosmans" That''s a strange one, but (obviously excluding wages) bosmans would be cheap as no transfer fee is involved!  But I guess costing £0 would automatically mean they were rubbish - like when Arsenal''s Sol Campbell went to Portsmouth for free!
13. I imagine he''d be a great influence in the dressing room, I think having one ''old pro'' is not necessarily a bad thing, wages I guess won''t be overly high, provide good back up (since when has MJ been known for having a lot of pace anyway) and be fantastic for the younger players. He played in 35 Premiership games between 05-07 can''t be that bad?  And Watford have better defenders than us hence he didn''t play so many games.  He''d only be cover anyway. If it''s true, we should have learnt from Dion not to instantly get on his back - but then many people slate every signing (pretty much) and don''t give them a chance!
14. Wouldn''t their average age be 68?  I know we had Dublin but I don''t think Cole would do so much for us in terms of influence, and if we get an old player someone with Dublin''s attitude would be better imo.  And we could get a younger player for the money as I bet you Cole will be on big wages.
15. You notice reasonable and fair posts like this just get ignored! Whilst I think people''s complaints about the board are still 100% valid (ND''s samey quotes in the paper today prove that) we have to give GR a chance this is his time to start building his squad, but as always certain posters won''t give anyone a chance before criticising. The failure every season since promotion was nothing to do with Roeder (even this season, yes we had a poor run under him but we had a good run too) so people should stop taking that out on him.  If he screws up big time in the summer it''s fine complaining but he must have a chance.
16. You complain we don''t have enough players yet you want him to go?  Yes he''s not very good but I''d rather him than no one!
17. Since when has football had sensible values?  Maybe several years ago, but not now.
18. If I was Paterson, I wouldn''t want to come here - he wouldn''t be given a fair chance by several fans  as he''s from a side relegated to League 1.  They''ll instantly assume he''s rubbish as he''s not a big name and won''t have cost that much. I''d have him over Cureton - both scored same amount of goals, but Paterson is younger and more likely to improve in the future - and with Norwich more likely to sell him for a profit! At 5 foot 10 wouldn''t be too bad either height wise - although I accept that''s not the most important. Anyhow, been on Scunthorpe''s website, the request has been turned down, but having said that I still imagine he''ll leave fairly soon.
19. What bout Otsemobor, he was free, but didn''t do too badly last season. Varney and Sharpe - they scored the same amount of goals as Cureton between them, and would have cost £4-£5 million. Safri cost 500k, so did Andy Hughes! Keith Briggs cost us under 100k, like Ireland International Kevin Doyle did for Reading! It''s not all about money, it''s about what you do with it.  I almost wonder that some people would rather we spent millions than got a bargain.  And no I don''t mean a bargain as just ''cheap'', a bargain imo is someone like Doyle cheap but very good value. The board have been dreadful I fully accept and deserve every bit of criticism that come their way Things had got all stale on the football side (several people were crying out for change) and I for one am pleased someone is finally trying to sort that out now.  Also, if he didn''t have any money to spend would Roeder have taken the job?  If he was given false promises I''d imagine he''d have resigned by now. Another thing, news to me that Roeder said all we can afford is loans, last thing I heard him say is basically he''ll use the loan system again this season - if it means getting greater quality in that''s the main thing.  If we bought journeyman pro''s in people would moan, so when we loan youngsters they do as well.  I know loans don''t belong to us but they''ll want to prove themselves.  This of all summers I''m sure we''ll get some new faces in - remember we did last year with PG, but we won''t go in for that, I would hope GR has got a better eye for players than him, evidence so far suggests he has.
20. I can''t understand why they call themselves Donny, I can''t think of anything worse and feel sorry that they have to be called Doncaster. Makes me think of Donny Osmond who I really can''t stand, and our very own Neil D!
21. HA HA like the [+o(].  I often get things like that when it comes to them - goes with the territory though I guess.  Even though I''m straight I do have a strange thing for boy bands and similar groups.  Only problem with male singers is I can''t "look" at them, have to make do with their gfs/wives.
22.
Feel for anyone who goes to watch an away match at Doncaster though, its a bigger dump than Ipswich!
That''s not true they are now in the Keepmoat Stadium, a small 15,000 seater stadium.
