1.
Is this guy for real? How can a Sports Journalist and NCFC fan be so out of touch? A recent tweet along the same lines as all his other "cash strapped City" messages.
Just for clarification, has he actually stated that City are cash strapped?
 2. Is Yankee Canary going to any of our matches in the USA.?
 3.
Let''s all give thanks to Delia, Mr McNally and Mr Lambert.
and Mr Bowkett ...who I believe negotiated the deal with the biggest two creditors to keep NCFC off the rocks of Administration. The deal meant that we didnt  have to service the Loan Notes and the Bank Loan for two seasons (Div 1 and the Championship seasons).
 4. whoareyou? ...then what is Ruddy worth?   £20? --------------- Tangy: I hope he''s worth alot more than that! MEGA LoL!
 5.

maybe a bit of schadenfreude next season!!!
Never heard of him, who does he play for?
You call yourself a football fan Poodle? He played for Derby and Nottingham Forest  and scored a goal for Scotland in the 1978 World Cup.
 6.
£15m for radja naggogian accepted... £12m for Wanayama accepted £17m for Paolo Osvaldo accepted... All turned them down!
May be they think Southampton is Ipswich
 7.
Tangible Fixed Assets anyone? wrote "Peanuts in comparison to the funds available during this season...." Yes, as I said in the paragraph directly under the one you quoted...
So we are in agreement.
 8.
"we''ll agree to differ. if you had the funds to buy 5/6 players you would have bought davies. ch likes him & tried for him last x2 windows"
We wouldn''t go for Davies, if the decision has been made to regard Russell Martin as primarily a CB.....we would go for a RB., e.g., Naughton
 9.
Other than Garrido. We''ll have spent a fair bit at Colney, and having the pitch relaid at FCR and the other building works.
Peanuts in comparison to the funds available during this season....
 10.

If my guess is right about why we thought we would need an overdraft then it could in effect be true that we borrowed to sign RVW.
I thought we had only paid an initial £3m. before the end of the last tax year (5th April 2013) and given that we were under the transfer budget (£9.9m  v £14.6m? budget) before we signed Becchio and we received extra merit money (5 x approx £750k = £3.75m) that was not budgeted for in addition to the next receipt re. Lambert, £1.25m. then funding the RVW. signing should not impact on this summer''s transfer signings.  It may be true that we borrowed some money between early April and the receipt of the merit money.   With regard to  this summers transfers, it may be a case of timing the cashflows and trying to get the initial outflows re transfers closer to when the big receipt from SKY is due.
As you will have noticed I did stress that I didn''t know if we had paid the money in one go.
I wasn''t questioning your comment. Like you I would expect most transfers to be paid for via a number of payments rather than in one go. The Accounts (via the Cashflow Statement and cash balance in the Balance Sheet) when they are published later this year may give us a clue re the RVW. transfer.
 11. Che''s right hand man I don''t know how some of you see this as Norwich has no money. It means Hughton doesn''t want to waste money on another centre back because we already have enough quality and cover in that position. A striker, left back nd left wing is are priority right now unless we sell or release some players. ---------------------- Tangy: I agree. With Russell Martin as a CB then we need a RB. (Naughton?) Furthermore you are correct re a striker, left wing and a left back.

 13.
The report also suggested that we needed to sell Pilks to raise some money because of a small budget.
Nonsense.
 14. If he stays here, how many league goals do you think he will score for us during the 2013-14 season?
 15.
The mantle of secularism is thrown over it all to make out its a religious strife.
There IS strife between the sunnis and shia and its happened for years and years and years......its nothing new. The Sunnis I have spoken with dont regard the Shia as true muslims.
 16.
But Naughton would be a top signing.
Agreed.
 17.   Snoddy''s Jockstrap Livermore is absolutely terrible, even if he does look like a long-lost son of Chrissy Hughton. Would much rather have Huddlestone.   Tangy: A Tottenham season ticket holder friend of mine doesn''t rate Livermore and thinks Huddlestone is too slow.
 18.

Talksport - 99% drivel, but worth having on just on the off chance of something interesting.
Much like your posts then? [;)]
Nah, more like yours Poodle.
 19. Let''s be ''aving you! The original refers to 18 million SEK (kronor or Swedish crowns), not dollars. Which works out at about 1.8 million of our GB pounds, or 45 k/week.   Tangy: £1.8m / 52 weeks is rougly £35k per week
 20. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2343999/Swansea-City-Norwich-Fulham-bid-Birminghams-Nathan-Redmond.html Looks like Birmingham want £3m.
