  1. It seems to have got worse recently, in their attempt to make it look pretty. I'm unable to click on a team in the Championship table to see further details of that specific club but i do get a ponsy logo next to the team just in case I couldn't read the name of the team: They've also done away with being able to see the "table as it stands" on the same page as the fixture, placing each item now on a seperate tab. Compare this to how it used to look, which is still the format for the Bundesliga (Clubs in bold can be clicked on for team fixtures, state, reports etc: Match report also shows table and match stats on same page. The phone app has got worse too. All you saved favourites would appear on a side menu when you hit the 3 bars. Now they're under "My Sport" but you have to scroll through all of the articles in each category until you get to the category you want. Seems as though it was all designed by a team of software engineers that never use it.
  2. Wish we could have said the same about Rotherham away.
  3. There are already a lot of dead bodies on Everest. Didn't need another one. Glad he's OK and accepted that it's not possible to attempt again.
  4. Not sure where we would have found 20+ points from during our lean period. 10-15 maybe.
  5. Yes, we 'gave' Leeds 6 points and the Binners just 1. Leeds took 6 points off the Binners too, so they've clearly more than made up ground elsewhere.
  6. Has just uploaded a video about NCFC with Chris & Jack of Talk Norwich City.
  7. I was hoping for a draw.
  8. Yes, I think that Ipswich would be more likely to suffer stage fright over the 2 legs of a play-off semi than Leeds would.
  9. I don't think you're far wrong. Last 20 games, so since the 3-1 loss at home to Blackburn 3rd Nov. '23, Norwich are 2nd in the league. Despite their recent form, only Leeds have done better in the same period; they're 6 points ahead.
  10. Ipswich haven't won since we beat them, which seems like ages ago now, so nothing's certain. Leeds won 1 in last 5 (now).
  11. I was just about to watch the Everton Forest highlights then I remembered that I don't really care about either team.
  12. Yes, the player slid into the goal with the ball between his arm and his body.
  13. Weren't Chelsea the first to do that ? I can remember them being pretty much like Fulham are now; just hovering around lower-mid table and thinking that would would seem strange to think of them being catapulted up there with Man U & Arsenal.
  14. It'd be interesting to know how many of Norwich's away support actually travels from Norwich. I used to go to a number of away games (Derby, West Brom, Cov, Walsall (!), Villa, Spurs, Fulham) when I was living in the Midlands and knew a number of other Canaries that would do similar.
  15. Yes, bit of a dark horse Bristol C of late. You'd never think that they'd be that strong. Must have had an easy 6 games. That'll be it.
  16. 18 points available in total from the top-3's last two games. Total gained: 2 points.
  17. Norwich's draw against Sheff W was disappointing but the last-6 table still looking good. Leicester not even 10th !
  18. Leicester should have cruised past them 3-0 or so.
  19. It was only 39 years ago, so still fresh in our memories.
  20. It was my first time and probably my last.
  21. I had a very-dry sausage roll from the South Stand on Friday. Seemed as though it had been cooked the night before ! Good job that I had a cuppa to wash it down with or it would have stuck to the roof of my mouth. Next time, if there is a next time, I'll throw the pastry bit away. Sausage meat quality seemed good, was just a bit dry.
  22. That's surprising, considering that there are a few oddballs there too. - Bradford City. - Oldham Ath. - Swindon Town. - Charlton Ath. But then, it could depend where people lived who were polled !

  24. Where were they in League 1 ? They had an average attendance back then fractionally above ours even though their ground could (I think) hold another 10k or so.
  25. Ipswich 10 were points ahead of Leeds and level on points with Leicester. Now level on points with Leeds and 6 points behind Leicester.
