To be fair to Emi, in some Villa games he has looked like a £33 million player, not sure Grealish has looked much like a £33 million player this season, let alone a £100 million player.

Every season we get a number of posters blaming one player for our poor results. As if leaving that one player out is the answer to the team's problems.

I'm sure the VAR room has a list of PL teams based on wealth and influence and they just check a teams place on that list to decide on their decisions. All VAR has done is give the EPL the opportunity to ensure the wealthiest clubs get the decisions in their favour.

In all honesty, I don't see Normann being the answer to any of our problems when playing as a defensive midfielder, strikes me its not his forte. Sorensen and Lees Melou with Normann further forward. Much prefer to see us play either 4-4-2 or 3-5-1 though.
