-Lambert to hold talk with Villa

For him to talk to Villa, Villa have to approach Norwich and ask for permission to speak with him. I think every Norwich fan knows what the response to that would be! So the only chance of them talking to him would be an illegal approach, Then if he wanted the job he would have to resign. I don''t see that happening.

really?, Remind me what happened after Colchester refused us permission to talk to him?, name me a manager who hasn''t found a way out if he wants to move to another club after being refused premission to talk to them?

Colchester didn''t refuse us permission to talk with him, They gave permission but it went tits up on the compensation.

Nope, he can simply resignHowever the years contract means that either party is entitled to a years salary if the other party breaks that contractthere may also be other clauses in that contract which restricts the actions of either party over that following year

Too many rumours and stories for me now. People either make them up or believe them to suit their own agenda.

 

I got onto this Mail article about it all, more fairytales really. I posted my views posing as a fake neutral. I am currently minus 18, suggesting that there are more Villa fans who read the Mail than Norwich fans, and nothing more.

I saw that link earlier, quite telling that there''s not even a decent quote in the whole thing. Theres a bewildering amount of stuff out there but next to nothing that doesnt smack of guess work at this stage.

If our manager feels the need to go and talk to them then let him Go, its clear that he is not happy anymore so I think we need to start the search for a new boss, Sorry but I think we have to face reallity here,If he thinks Villa is the place for him then so be it, The bright side now is we are a much better prospect now than before he came and should attract good interest.

I would have thought that if he was going to talk to them about the managers job, does that not indicate hes not happy, I would imagine if he was he would come out and say sorry not interested I have a job here. /////
