......and Smith must score. 1,343 Posted March 12, 2020 Looks like attendance at football matches this weekend is very much in the balance. After all this anticipation I do hope you get to see them play
NorthCarolinaYellow 197 Posted March 12, 2020 We planned well ... but not for a global pandemic!! I’m somewhat doubtful now. 🙁 The only positive would if the season got suspended and we somehow avoided relegation in the process.

Mello Yello 2,293 Posted March 13, 2020 Sorry there's no Football for you, but hope you still have an enjoyable visit to the City & the County of Norfolk.....
Grant Holts Moustache 105 Posted March 13, 2020 Gutted the game is off but hope you still have a great time in the fine city. A pub I have not seen mentioned is The Artichoke. Great beer selection that is ever changing. They also sell some good wines and have a selection of natural wines in amongst them if your wife enjoys that type of thing. Good food too if looking for something a little different. Whilst that way you can also then visit the Fat Cat Brewery Tap that someone has mentioned.

Nonetheless Norwich is indeed a fine city and anyone who has never been there is usually pleasantly surprised at the ambience of the City centre.... the lanes, market , specialist shops like Galyons etc. If you wish to meet friendly locals then the Norwich dog n cider society meet every day on the benches immediately above the market. It's an informal gathering, the dogs dont wear collars, just red neckerchiefs and the purist cider lovers scoff at the formality of glasses. 1
